Stopped in for a quick bite with my out-of-town family, and a very good critic of food, my brother-i...n-law. I was afraid to bring him in, as we had just had a horrible experience at another restaurant in downtown (Not a Dean DeLuca). We walked around the market, and stopped at the panini station, my brother asked for a panini and kept putting items on his panini, "Chef Shariff"was not only courteous but made not one, but two of the same panini, he gave us a taste of the different things, he was putting on the amazing panini. He was patient, friendly and very accommodating to my brother-in-law's requests. It was absolutely delicious. I wanted my visitors to have the experience, we stopped at the soup station and "Chef Clareese" I hope, I'm spelling her name correctly ) was amazing and having us taste all the different soups! Of course, we also bought soup! She was also courteous, friendly and willing to take the time to take care of us. I stopped at the bread station and "Chef Santos" was just as courteous and helpful with my bread questions! It was truly such a great experience for all of us! I loved the cashier Guadalupe, I kept going back to her to pay for all of the different things we were buying. I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews for Dean, but Soho's staff gets an A++++ from my family, we Weill see you soon for sure! See More
