Extremely disappointed in how we were treated here tonight. We love this sushi place, but will never go back now. We made a resevasion a month in advance for a ...special occasion. We got there about 35 minutes early to let them know we would be ready at the reservation time. The hosts confirmed that our table would be ready. Instead, the hosts seated two large parties ahead of us. When we check in 25 minutes after our reservation time, the hosts were extremely rude and told us we would have to wait for another twenty minutes. We had friends in from out of town and were excited to take them to Deep Sushi. Can't express our disappointment enough. We won't be back. عرض المزيد

Let me start off by saying the food tasted great, but that's about it. Service was subar, maybe it was because a busy night, nevertheless the food took forever ...to arrive and when they did bring it, it was one entree every 15 minutes ..and some never even made it. Best experience having Sushi in Dallas. We sat at the Bar cause my wife and I enjoy watching how the sushi is prepared and we were fortunate to have Ivan (the c...hef who made our rolls) to help us decide which was the best option for us. We enjoy Deep Sushi on Valentines because they are business as usual, no fancy overly expensive menu or reservations required. Just a good meal out. My personal fav is the Country Remix Roll, its not on the menu, but well worth it.

Worst experience ever. Waiter grabbed our food off table as we were eating. Then snatched chopsticks out of my daughter's hand as she waited for more food. I... was mid bite when I received my check. I had to tell them I wasn't ready and would like dessert. I felt rushed and forced to swallow my food. Horrible interaction and customer experience. The manager of this restaurant is absolutely awful. We came for a birthday dinner- and we had 6 drinks and glass spilled all over us. The waitress was so nice a...nd apologetic (and of course we understand that accidents happen). However the manager saw the accident and didn't even apologize or acknowledge the incident. We sat through the entire meal drenched in alcohol. They wouldn't even compensate us for the drinks- nothing at all. It wasn't about getting things for free but it was about a simple apology for the manager. At the end of the meal, i asked to speak to the manager. He literally laughed in my face. I told him all we wanted was an apology and he was like oh uh I just thought some drinks were spilled. I told him I was disappointed that he didn't apologize or acknowledge the situation and he literally LAUGHED in my face. Needless to say, one of our sushi places now turned into a place that we will NEVER return again. This manager is the absolute worst. DO NOT COME BACK. عرض المزيد

One of my favorite sushi spots. Excellent menu and terrific service. Hint...ask for "The Honeymoon" appetizer. It is fantastic, and not on the menu.

Been here a couple of times now, and have not been disappointed. Excellent service, and delicious sushi. Highly recommend the Downtown roll and the Firecracker roll. Will definitely be back!

I loved the ambiance and atmosphere of this restaurant. I went with a bachelorette party, and it was perfect. The cherry blossom roll and the love at first sight roll were awesome! I will definitely be returning to Deep Sushi with my husband!

I had the vegetable tempura and the "love at first sight" roll. They both were delicious! Our waiter was Ricky and he was very a very observant waiter.
