The venue is fun. Great shows. But they need better bar staff. If someone asks you a question don't just point. My friend is blind and asked about beer and the guy just pointed to the shelf. Thanks Like she could actually see it See More

Great show last night..other than some obnoxious people (drunk kids wanting to fight and stupid woman that wanted to talk very loudly the whole time) it was a lot of fun..Cody Jinks and Ward Davis wer...e awesome..we will be seeing them again..just wish could have gotten an autograph for my son who could go with us because he is deployed with the Army. First the positive. If it isn't an all ages show or if you don't want to drink it's an amazing venue. Great sound, set up, vibe etc.
Now the negative. If it is an all ages show and you want a drink i...t is the worst set up I've ever experienced. The only place you can actually see the stage from the 21+ area is all vip seating that doubles the price of your ticket. There is also so little space that you are literally shoulder to shoulder the entire time. Horrible set up.
I love the depot for 21+ shows, but I'll never go to another all ages show there.

This 1 star rating is for all ages shows, and you are over 21 and you want a beer. The bar (over 21) section was so crowded you couldn't move (fire hazard). The only place to actually see the show a drink is the "VIP" section which had very few people in it and more than doubled the ticket price.
This venue is excellent for 21 and over but it is the Worst all ages venue I've ever been to.

Good venue, but now they are charging service fees at their own box office not like how they use to. It would be a lot easier just to add the service fee's on the tickets, so we know what to expect on... paying. I guess we have to pay them extra to sell us a ticket. See More

Good vibe and sounds quality. Very frustrated that my camera wasn't allowed but my smartphone with a camera is allowed. Apparently you're allowed to take crappy photos with a phone but photos worth k...eeping are against the rules. See More

The sound is great. Huge shout outs to Rachel, Cindy, Ryan and Tad. We all wish that all ages shows were different but they always do their best. The bartenders handle sold out shows really well a...nd get your drinks and tabs taken care of quickly. Security is always on par. I really do like attending shows here. For comments about over priced drinks, it's a concert, it's what is to be expected and not different anywhere else. Going to shows isn't really a cheap adventure. The atmosphere , sound , bands and staff make it well worth it to see shows here.

Thank you depot for all the amazing shows I've seen here!!!!!

I've only been herr a handful of times . Ive gone to a lot of shows though , and hands down this is one of my favorite venues. Ive seen bluegrass , metal , postrock, and acoustic shows here , and its ...always great. The bartenders are always on top of things , and always very friendly . The sound , no matter where you are , is great. There's the main floor , which is open enough to walk around when the light are off without tripping over random steps or dips. Theres a second floor , with another bar , the VIP area with seats , as well as other seats surrounding the area. Ive never seen security be too aggressive with anyone , nor have I ever had to deal with any overtly terrible people in the crowd , also thanks to security.

This is a solid venue . Definitely one of the best , if not the best , in the state. Shame we dont have more like it.

The problem I had was if u don't get a spot upstairs right up to the railing, you will never be able to see the stage at all.fortunately we had that spot, but the people behind us did not.

Great place for a live show. You can see the show from anywhere. Sound is great. Only thing I'd wish is that you'd have an actual decent bar. Basic drinks are fine but why not do a full bar?

Last night was my first time at the depot. We saw dashboard confessional and it was so good. The sound was great and the atmosphere was ideal. It's a smaller venue so there's really no bad viewing a...reas unless you're short. I don't drink so i had no issues with their alchohol rules. I also hate it when people light up at concerts and that seemed to not be an issue. It could just be who was playing that prevented that or it could be the venue itself. Either way, the show was great! We look forward to seeing more shows there. See More

The bartenders have random ridiculous rules like " you have to stand 2 feet from the bar per fire code." (While we were downstairs.) Also, there is way too much room for "VIP sections" & way too much in between where you can, & can't stand. You can't see the stage at all upstairs unless you're directly in front in these "special marked places". Everyone else is forced to stand against the walls where you can't see anything at all except the person next to you. The screens & TVs where you would normally watch the concert (because you can't see it anywhere else except downstairs) is completely blurry & needs to be updated from old 90's television.
Only positive is the sound for the main singers has good clarity.

I've seen 2 shows there. First time, I said I'd never go back. I did last night, NOW I'll never go back. Place sucks...want to know why, just read the other reviews on here.

The Depot failed miserably at taking care of its adult patrons on July 21st. It was a GREAT show for Endless Struggle, the Bronx, and the DESCENDENTS!!!
So what if it was an all ages show. The Descen...dents have been around for over thirty years so they have adult fans. So why not open the second bar, I have been there when they have done it.

The band was Amazing. I literally went to take a quick pic up stairs and was told to take my pic and move on. Pretty much ruined my night. I had all intentions of taking a quick pic, but the fact tha...t I couldn't find the camera on my phone fast enough for the staff member, told him never mind wasn't worth dealing with him. Its going to take a pretty amazing band to get me back there willingly. See More

We paid full price for our ticket. We began at the stage area, and wanted to move upstairs and kept being told it was private. It was a horrible experience seeing a band ever. If it's a private space,... mark it or label it but last night basically everyone that was on the top floor was flagged "you can't be here". See More

First time ever at this venue when we attended Aaron Lewis. The sound was great, the wait staff...not so much! They were so under staffed for that sold out concert! It took a long time to get any! We will definitely eat and have drinks before the concert next time! See More

It was alright. First time there for the sold out Kane Brown show, and it was so crowded it was hard to even hear the music. You had girls yelling in your ear the whole time behind you. We ended up do...wn stairs and it was much better. See More
