I made a purcgase of almost $100 from thos company a week ago and still have not received my packag...e. It was reported that it had already been delivered but i dont have it. So now it looks like i wont be gettong my money back and their customer service representatives are horrible. I've spoken to a total of three of them anf they all sound prissy and lazy. This hair care line is already something that's new and may or may not work for your hair. And then on top of that, it's expensive. I checked my address that was on my e-reciept for my order and it was perfectly correct! I don't understand why my package isn't here and it's been reported as delivered and it hasn't been. I don't know if I'll be getting any of my money back and I still have to wait up to two days to hear anything back from them about my package. In other words, don't waste your money buying anything from this company. Mehr anzeigen
