Thank you to everyone who donated to honor Mayela's memory and help her family. We surpassed the goal through the Facebook and Venmo donations that poured in.
I am planning a (virtual) vigil in the next few days to grieve, pray, and honor Mayela's life. I'll post more details soon because we're still working out how public/private it will be.
