Brrr! It's winters like this that makes me glad to have a passion for painting and able to stay indoors and enjoy God's gift. This is a painting just finished of a South Dakota hike we took 2 yrs. ago.
New Hampshire is so beautiful, around every bend is a new painting. Here is a combination of a covered bridge and a rocky stream. No painting can do it justice but I tried! Hope it brings enjoyment to those that look at our site.

Here are a couple of pictures you might see in an upcoming painting.
Here is Rusty's latest still life in pastel. It was set up in the studio and drawn from life, not a photograph.
Don't forget we will be demonstrating and selling some of the artwork from our studio at the Wine and Art Show at Rend Lake, this Saturday and Sunday, September 23 and 24th. It will be a great day for art, wine and friends!

Well, I'm done but not finished with the landscape I've been working on. I'll set it aside for while and see if there is anything I need to work on or add or take out. It's been fun. The scene is from a campground at Big Sur, CA., the stream ran along side our site. I think it turned out ok. Come by our booth at the Wine and Art Festival Sept. 23-24 and let me know what you think,
Update on the landscape I started last week. I'm working on an 18 x 24 gallery wrap canvas which doesn't need a frame. I'm about three fourths done, liking it so far, keep your fingers crossed.
