I go there from Baltimore as often as I can. It is a serene spiritual home for heart & mind. Excellent Lamas, friendly sangha, a library for reading, a Stupa to circumambulate, and a bookstore for supplies.

It feels like home everytime I go there. Beautiful shrine room, stupa and atmosphere. I want to make Thursday night meditation a weekly event. :)

I was able to film a couple important scenes from my independent film there. The location was very important to the scene and I was extremely happy that the center and everyone there made it possible.... On a much more personal note, the center has very good, peaceful and welcoming energy. I would highly recommend this location should you need to refresh your spirit and thoughts. See More

In Tibetan Buddhism, the foundational practices of the ngondro are skillful methods to train the mind and must be completed before advancing to the higher practices. The final ngondro practice is the special bodhicitta practice, in which the practitioner generates love and compassion for all sentient beings. Drupon Phuntsok will be leading us in this practice.

There will be a different ngondro practice led by Drupon Phuntsok every month.
