I love trap bar. Today less weights with 25 lbs each side including 45 pound bar. Make sure you release your grip at bottom of squat. Torso upright and knees aligned with 2nd and 3rd toe. Throw is some extra circuit exercises like latter Drills....and that's a great mid routine workout! Enjoy your Sunday!
