The Office of Alumni Relations hosted these legacy families at a special breakfast, during which the freshmen placed their thumbprints on a canvas of branches while their family members placed theirs on the roots to make a special "family tree" for the new incoming class of Duquesne students!

New President Ken Gormley and his wife Laura spent the morning greeting new freshmen and their parents/families during Move-In Day.
The Gormleys, who even jumped in to help some families unpack their cars and move belongings to their kids' rooms, have twice been through Move-In at Duquesne as parents--first with son Luke and then with daughter Rebecca.

Duquesne University offices will be closed Monday, August 15, in observance of the Assumption of Mary. Offices will re-open on Tuesday, August 16.
