November is almost over and so is the BOGO special. It brings the price of the two 90 minute sessions down to just $78.50 each which is just a tad more than a 60 minute session. Call or text me at 503-389-5389 today to take advantage of this deal or book an appointment.
Happy Small Business Saturday! I am having a bit of an open house until 2:00 today, doing walk in chair massages, $10 for 10 minutes. Also, if you want to take advantage of my BOGO special during this time and pay cash, I will give an additional discount making it only $150 for two 90 minute sessions.
Happy Friday! I hope you all had a filling Thanksgiving. If you’re like me I hope you had a great lay in this morning, and for those who braved the Black Friday craziness, I hope you found the items you wanted.
Tomorrow is Small Business Saturday, and in honor of it I am offering a special on 90 minute sessions. Purchase a 90 minute session ($105) between now and the 30th, and get a second one half off. That is 3 hours of massage for just $157.50. Come on for 90 minute and take advantage of the special for your next massage, or buy two for a future date and share one, both or neither.
Call or text (503)380-5389 to take advantage of this deal.
I have a couple of spots open this week. I have time for a 90 Minute Massage ($105) today at 4:00PM and a 60 Minute Massage ($75) Friday at 1:00PM. Call or text me at 503-380-5389 to schedule.
On October 7th I attended Warrior Dash for the first time with my family. It was tough, muddy, and a lot of fun. It was also very demanding of my muscles. Before I went to bed that night I rolled out my muscles using a lacrosse ball and it saved me the next day. While I was still sore, I know it would have been much worse otherwise.
Practicing self care between massages can help extend the benefits between sessions. There are many ways to practice self care including lacrosse or tennis balls, foam rollers, yoga and stretching, and hot/cold therapy. Book an appointment with me and we can talk about the various methods and what will be most beneficial to you. Call or text 503-380-5389 to schedule with me.
Sorry for the long silence but I am happy to announce that I recently signed onto a space and now have a studio to host your massage. To celebrate I will knock $15 off the price for all 60, 75, and 90 minute massages purchased by November 3rd, bringing the massage down to just $1/minute. Please call or text me at (503)380-5389 to book an appointment or to purchase a gift certificate.
Hello, everyone. Next week I will be out of town for the weekend as I work an event, so book now before you have to wait for my return. Call 503.380.5389 to book an appointment and ask about specials.
June is almost over already, but I still have some appointments available if you call soon. Start summer off relaxed and ready for the beach by calling to schedule with me at 503-480-5389.
Summer can't decide to stay or go here in Oregon, but rain or shine everyday is a good day for a massage. As the weather warms up be sure to keep hydrated, before and after your massage for the best possible experience.
June is finally here, which means so many things are around the corner - festivals (I love beer festivals myself!), Father's Day, Pride, camping and most importantly my 🎉 birthday 🎉. Also, starting this week, I am able to offer a space for massages if you don't want or have the ability for me to come to you. Message me here, or you can call or text 503-380-5389 to schedule an appointment. Don't forget to leave a name and call back number if you leave a message.
TGIF! The weather is warming up, so schedule an massage to get yourself ready for all your outdoor adventure, or to recover from them. I have some availability next week. For those of you farther south, I will be around the Albany area Monday evening so book now.
Hello, everyone! Want to get the most out of your massage? Here are some tips:
1. Phones Off - Life will still be there after you are finished.
2. Down Time - Don't have plans immediately after. Rushing to get to your dinner reservations can take away from your experience, so make sure to leave some time after to just enjoy yourself....
3. Self Care - Stretching, hot baths or showers, and foam rollers are all ways to help keep your muscles relaxed, making the massage benefits last longer.
4. Drink water - Staying hydrated helps the body stay in prime shape. If you don't like plain water, try adding fruit. Cucumber Lemon Water is a personal favorite.
5. Speak up - This is the most important in my opinion. The massage is about you and your needs, so if there is anything you don't like, or anything you want more of, just let your therapist know. Every massage experience should be catered to you.
Treat yourself or someone else by calling 503-380-5389 and scheduling with me, Ember. Gift Certificates and Couples massages available by arrangement.
