Very disappointed this year. We stay here each year with our family and this year the house we stayed in was the worst by far. The house was filthy. Couches covered in stains, she sheets on our beds s...melled like they hadn't been cleaned, the shelves in the fridge were broken so we had one shelf to keep food on for a whole family. The pool heat was broken and was never fixed even after we called. We were able to contact the owner of the property and he seemed annoyed by our complaints and was not helpful at all. See More

Lovely estate but house was a little warn and dated!
Needs a good bit of love and a maintenance team to deal with the small number of issues. Pool was not the cleanest I’ve seen and we never saw the ...pool cleaned or maintained once in the week we were here. Shame because we had 12 family members stay in a 7 bed house and by the end of the week the pool was dead! See More

We are staying on Emerald island and the 6 bed Villa on Isla drive (5starvillaneardisney)is amazing, cannot fault anything, It is immaculate, the beds are extremely comfortable, The owners Ann and Nic...k have done everything to make our stay memorable even leaving Easter eggs and sweets for the children when we arrived. They have answered any questions we have asked. The complex is also very well maintained and is a gated community which is manned 24 hrs. The two community pools are also very clean one also has a bar which serves snacks. It is also only a 10 minuets drive to Disney

I've rented a vacation home here several times & my family and I had a ball each time. Just wish we could manage our time better to visit more often. It's great to have a home away from home so clos...e to Disney World. I highly recommend everyone give it a try. See More

This is our 3rd stay here, and the second property owned by the same woman. We are pleased with the space and convenience of this location to all attractions and shopping. Emerald Island is an overall... relaxing environment.

There are some things that we just get for ourselves like toilet tissue, paper towels, Tide, etc., but everything else that a family would need is provided.

We'll be back in a few years. See More

We stayed at simbas magic May 2016. 7 adults & 3 children, the villa had everything we needed. Could be doing with being a bit more modern but other than that we had no complaints, we were out most of... the time but we did have a couple of days staying in the villa having a pool and BBQ day and was fab, small swing park also end of the street See More

Amazing place in general, only very much depends on house tou order/get. Many times here, and many time there is something wrong with the pool ...

Great experience just left today, miss it already. Hot tub wasn't working but was fixed. Bed was very big. Will be back hopefully in 2 or 3 yrs. Thank you they do need to provide more toilet paper

I loved the home.....they provided everything the average family could need....towels, kitchen utensils, dishes , pots and pans , stroller, iron, ironing board, ......a couple of tv's didn't work and ...the fridge was not cold enough, when called, they came and fixed the problem...........there was a serious fly infestation problem, the yard needs to be treated......all in all , I enjoyed myself and the vacation home.......my adult son visited the community pool and enjoyed his experience See More

Each individual property is owned by a different person or company, some residents are permanent others are by the night, and yet even more are by the week or month, security is hyped up but doesn't d...o anything, pools are small and crowded, getting in and out is a pain, and having guests is nearly impossible. I rented two townhomes from Emerald Island, one froma private owner and it was fantastic, decor was beautiful, new modern appliances, very clean. I ordered the second thru Orlando Vacations and this ...place was a disaster. Not clean at all, stocked with almost nothing, didn't provide wash clothes. Provided minimum towels that were dingy. Trash was overflowing outside. Furniture was ran down looking brown even though the picture on the internet looks nothing like it at all. Best part is that is didn't have a door catch so those little lizards were able to run underneath the door. We had to keep a blanket underneath the door to stop them. I am so serious writing this and have 11 other guest who can back me up on this. I filed a complaint two weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. I had to change plans a few times before coming and that must have upset the manager cause this had to be by far the worst unit they could offer. If they try and offer you 2772 Sun Key Place DO NOT TAKE IT!!!!!! See More

Our family enjoyed our stay at Emerald Island very much! The house is very clean and spacious for our group of 11. The pool and jacuzzi were also very nice after a long day at the parks. We stayed at the resort in September 2014. We loved the house and the friendliness from Sri. We stayed at the Emerald Magic home.
