Having received the Ergobaby 180 Stroller this past week, I went to assemble it today. The assembly of the stroller was very easy and fast, but when I went to attach the carseat adapter (which I also ...purchased directly from Ergobaby), I realized that the stroller was missing a piece to which the adapter should have attached. Having spent over $400 on this stroller, this is not the type of quality of product I expected when I placed the order. My husband and I chose this stroller specifically because it had the adapter that was compatible with our car seat, but now, very close to my due date, I am unable to attach the carseat adapter or use the stroller when my baby arrives. This is completely unacceptable and it is a shame that Ergobaby's customer service is only open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (when most people work) and that they promise to reply "within 2 business days." I expected much more from this company. See More

This is a sad day. I remember being pregnant with my first and asking everyone I know what are the best, safest items to put on my baby registry. Almost everyone said I NEEDED and ergobaby carrier. ... After my own research I without hesitation put that on my baby registry. I remember using the ergo 360 carrier a few times with my infant but if I'm completely honest I hardly put her down so didn't find a huge need for the carrier with her. Unfortunately the waist buckle broke in less than 6 months of my daughters birth and I would say less than 5 uses. I mistakenly kept putting off resolving this issue as for 1: I only had one baby, 2: my life became busy becoming a full-time mom who works outside of the home as well, and 3: I didn't find myself needing it as much as I thought. Fast forward to baby number 2, I find myself reaching for a baby carrier more often. I finally took the time to reach out to resolve this issue, it was my hope they would just send me a replacement buckle and all would be fixed. Nope. I fully take responsibility for taking too long to reach out to solve this problem (past their 1 year warranty guarantee). However, this carrier is on the more expensive ends and I believe in that you get what you pay for moto. This didn't even last 6 months or a dozen uses! In addition, I would think a product like this would be able to withstand multiple babies, but it didn't even last my first baby. The company was unwilling to fix the issue, the buckle cannot be removed and replaced. I find it funny when I reached out the automated response quickly assumed I was reaching out to replace a buckle stating, "this happens!" Clearly this is a common issue. I don't see why I couldn't mail the carrier back and have them replace the buckle, in the grand scheme of the carrier this seems like such a small inexpensive part. It's disheartening that a company whose sole purpose is to help families enjoy their babies as safely and conveniently while still going about life is so inflexible and not understanding of families actual needs. I sadly would not recommend this company nor will I be purchasing any further items from ergobaby. Fortunately there are many more safe, effective, affordable carriers available today for our babies. Bought the 360 4 position carrier and my little one loved it right away. Wasn't til he had drooled and puked on it that I realised one of the straps is thread wrong and is unable to be re-thread in th...e correct way and of course I could no longer return it to the store after it's solied. As a small person I have to cinch the straps up all the way and the constant twist is bugging me! See More

Shipping is horrible. purchased on Nov 1st waited for my package and kept checking tracking which stops on the 6th so I called ergo customer service on the 10th about where my package could be and because it is coming to Hawaii it will be longer ( your website should provide that information, and I don't understand why it would take longer in the first place) and they updated me with a new tracking number.It is now the 18th and my tracking last updated on the 10th of November. I have no idea when my package will arrive and leave tomorrow for a trip which is the reason for the purchase. Highly disappointed. See More

I got the 360 all in 1 carrier, it's okay. Very hard to put on yourself, some of the clips and adjusters are in the back making it hard to reach and adjust when child is in carrier. Also the straps ...that go around your arms should connect to the waist strap for more support and it was cause even less strain on your back. Other than that, baby loves being in it. Also I'm not sure I'd spend the amount of money on this product again. See More

I love the quality of this product! I also love the galaxy grey design I chose. More than anything, I appreciated the customer service I received. I ordered my Ergo rush delivery(2 day), & when I chec...ked on the status of my order it said it was on hold. I emailed Ergo to see what was going on,& they explained that it went to auto hold due to fraud protection as a precaution because of my billing & shipping addresses being in different locations. I had been a little upset when I contacted them, due to paying the extra $27 for rush shipping & then seeing it was still on hold on the day I expected it to be shipped, but Keegan w/ customer service who emailed me apologized for the delay, explained the situation, took the status off hold,& then even voluntarily upgraded my shipping to overnight delivery. I received my Ergo early the next morning! Very pleased w/ Keegan's handling of the situation as well as the Ergo I ordered. Thank you so much for your help! See More

I have the Ergobaby 360. Not only do I love how secure it feels, my daughter loves it and snuggles right in with the infant insert. I can wear it for an hour plus and be comfortable. What I am VERY im...pressed with is their costumer service. My lovely 1 yr old golden retriever decided to chew the female portion of the buckle on the shoulder straps. I contacted customer service via email and worked with Tamika. I inquired about sending the pack in for repair, or for a replacement buckle to be sent. Unfortunately they don't do repairs, and the buckle she chewed is the only one that can't be replaced. So here I was thinking I had to throw away this otherwise perfectly good carrier, but Tamika in customer service asked me to submit a series of photos as well as evidence that the carrier was purchased from my Amazon registry, and it turns out they have a 1 year warranty which covered it! I am now awaiting a new carrier to be sent in the mail within 5-7 days. I appreciation Tamika's persistence in making sure they could take care of this, and made it as easy on me as possible. Can't say enough about how easy they Ergo 360 makes travel with an infant. From city bus travel to airplane travel, the Ergo 360 made travel so much more enjoyable with my 4.5 month old son. This past... weekend he was able to take a 3 hour nap while the family and I explored the Las Vegas strip. When he woke up, just turn him around and he is able to see all the sights and sounds. Then as "bedtime" approached and we were sitting in the airport, I was able to strap him in and let him peacefully sleep while we waited in the airport, boarded the plane and traveled home. I'm able to move freely while he stays snug and secure. See More

Product is great, customer service is awful. I highly recommend not occurring direct from ergobaby but going through a vendor.
First, I received no order confirmation or receipt so I contacted the co...mpany requesting a receipt (I was going to be able to get reimbursed for the purchase). They sent tracking info. I requested again and they finally sent a receipt. Soon after I received a nursing pillow cover instead of the baby cover I had ordered. I promptly contacted the company through their form to let them know if the error. I received an auto message to enclose pictures so I sent a picture of the nursing pillow cover and the packing slip that said it was a baby carrier. I was then told that they had my information and would send it to the shipping coordinator. I waited almost a week before hearing anything. Getting frustrated I contacted customer service again and asked for an update. The rep said they had just heard from the shipping coordinator who said their inventory was fine so they would send the pictures. At this point I was getting quite upset. I sent them an email stating I would be placing a charge back if I did not hear what they were going to do to rectify the issue soon. I then received a response saying they had located my carrier in the warehouse so they would send it. Two hours later ups was at my door collecting the nursing pillow cover (without them giving me any warning to expect them). I have ups the package, going my project would actually come. The next Monday, the weeks after ordering it finally arrived. Then on Wednesday I got an email saying they'd be sending a return label for the pillow cover that they had already had picked up. There were no apologies even. I was treated throughout as if I had done something wrong and was asking them to fix it or as if I was trying to stall a carrier. My only mistake was buying directly from ergobaby. See More

I loved my Ergo Sport for the year that I used it- then, out of nowhere, the sliding component on the adjustable chest strap started catching. When I tried to adjust the strap after that, the fabric r...ipped and the plastic piping tore out completely. Customer service was completely unsympathetic. They ignored my questions about if that was normal wear and tear and basically said they couldn't help me in anyway. They said they couldn't repair it, couldn't suggest a way to repair it. They offered 0 assistance in getting a new one or a discount on a new one. My child is only 27 lbs and we use that carrier exactly as we are supposed to. It was VERY dangerous to have that piping rip out- and it really affected our week long vacation because I couldn't carry our baby anywhere. I am beyond frustrated with Ergo's careless response and bought a carrier from a different brand. I need a carrier that is safe and reliable, and a company who will help me out when their product FAILS. I posted a picture of the defective component in the comments. See More

Worst customer service I have ever received! I have not been able to use my ergo carrier, the first time I used it the buckle broke. Which is fine, I contacted customer service at the end of July, se...nt all the pictures and information they needed. The said great you will receive a new buckle in 2-3 weeks. Fantastic! Four weeks later I still haven't receive the new male end to the buckle. I contacted them, they said it was "delayed" which o was never informed of but I should be there at the end of the buckle. Contacted them again and they said the will mail a new one out...which happened September 6. They say it will take another 2-3 weeks, that is if it was ever sent! If the first delayed buckle was sent then it should be here by now. I don't know much about the product but the costumer service is horrible! See More

Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I received the Stone Grey Performance Carrier that I ordered online in October, but decided it wasn't the best fit for me and my baby, I decided to return it. I was told that I would have to cover the return shipping costs, which is fine, and that it could take 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear on my credit card. I tracked the package online and waited in good faith for 3 full weeks after the date it was delivered. The refund didn't appear, so I decided to contact the company. It turns out there was no record of my return at their warehouse. I continued to wait for another two weeks for the customer care representative to provide me with an update on the status of my refund. Each time I sent a message, I was told that she was waiting to hear back from the warehouse. Only after I threatened to file a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services was I assured that the accounting department would issue my refund, and that it would appear on my credit card in 3-5 business days. So I waited. After six business days with no sign of my refund, I contacted the company again. I was told that the accounting department had supposedly tried to issue my refund, but that my credit card was declined. Aside from the fact that no one bothered to contact me to let me know that my card had been declined, I had received a refund credit amount on the very same card the previous day from my gym, so I know there is no problem with my card. It has now been nearly 6 weeks since my carrier was delivered back to the company and I have yet to receive my refund. I will absolutely never do business with this company again, and I will make sure to tell my family and friends not to either. See More

I don't normally do this, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Ergobaby.

I wrote to them a week or so ago about a replacement part for the newborn insert in the carrier I use when I'm out and abo...ut and want to keep the baby close. I was expected to get a no, or it was a lot of money for the part... but they sent me one! And the best part, it was free! Any of my mom friends on Facebook that are looking for a top quality baby carrier, with an awesome customer service department, this one is for you!! See More

My son loves his new Omni 360! Multiple carrying options as well as no need for an infant insert lets him be comfortable and explore his different views of the world, with me. Also just wanted to not...e that the fabric is so soft. It is a sturdy carrier that feels like we’ve had it for years! Will be great for future children as you can use it from birth! Their customer service and products are amazing! I was super lucky to receive an Omni 360 carrier in a giveaway and it instantly became my go-to carrier! Unfortunately my dog ran over one of the while I was reaching down to pick up my baby to put him in the carrier. I reached out to customer service not expecting much as I did not purchase the carrier and I was at fault for the broken buckle. After sending in the photos requested they sent me a new replacement carrier within a week! I now want to purchase a second Omni for my husband. Thanks Ergo! See More

Horrible customer service. Tried to purchase direct from their website, and just learned that the order was never fulfilled. Wish I had seen the other reviews to purchase from a vendor before I waited... 2 weeks to find out why my order still hasn't arrived. Buy from Amazon or anywhere else before you buy from Ergobaby direct. NOT a website you can trust. See More

My review is based on two things product and service....please read the whole review to understand... I received 2 performance ergobaby carriers. One from a close friend of mine who ran to babies r us... and bought it for me right before I went on an out of state trip. It was the last one in the store and the box did look opened but all tags were attached and seemed fine. I tried it on in the airport and was extremely frustrated. It was uncomfortable for both me and my toddler, didn't feel secure and supportive, and I was bitterly disappointed, I dreamed of this for so long only to stuff it into my carry on? I tried again when I reached my destination, looked online for help, everyone seemed to get it easy... that's when I saw the comments about lots of fakes out there. I called ergobaby customer service and they told me to send lots of different pictures which I promptly did. They assured me it was authentic and especially since it came from babies r us. I was disappointed but figured this was another hype without quality... when I returned home my other carrier arrived from Albeebaby all sealed. I wasn't going to open it bec I was disappointed. I went to my friends house to ask her why she loved hers while mine was just terrible. We took all three and put them together to compare. I couldn't believe my eyes. The one from babies r us was different! Apparently counterfeit that someone must have returned in the original box! Then babies r us put it back on the shelf! The counterfeit was so well done but next to two authentic ones you saw all the minuet differences. I put on my new authentic one and couldn't believe the difference!!! This was what all the rave was about!!! It balanced the toddlers weight incredibly! Never hurt my back! I couldn't believe how comfortable it was for both of us! I promptly took comparassion pictures of all three and sent them back to customer service to show them that it was fraud and they should warn the stores and business about it. I was upset that they didn't even respond. Ergobaby is producing quality products for our children's safety and I thought they would take such a situation seriously. Especially since I took many pictures and they should have realized it wasn't authentic, and they assured me that it was. This could've been very harmful and unsafe to myself and child since counterfeits don't go through standards or inspections. The reason for my 4 star is because of the customer service and not because of the product.
On a side note, I dream about owning the omni360 but wonder if I should just stay with what I know is ok. I'm also wondering if anyone tried it with a newborn since all pictures and reviews have older babies. My litttle princess is six pounds and I wonder how this would fit and work for newborns....

Disappointed in customer service. I always liked the product and feel it's one on the better carries for comfort, however the waist band needs to be slightly longer for me to wear comfortably etc. I told that I would be able to get an extender- however I was not told that only certain ones had the extender. I went to purchase the one of my choice, sent a picture As per the company request for the extender, to be told that they don't have it for that model.
Communication is key- it should have been said that certain ones had the extender and I should purchase a certain style. Now I wasted my money, still don't have a carrier and am now disappointed in the company
