Let's help translate the web into Filipino and Cebuano, two of our most commonly used dialects.

Calling all Filipinos: Help Google translate the Web into your mother tongue.

Our first storybook apps, The Cowboy Inting and the Carabao Butud, were made mostly for our Filipino expats who want their children to learn their native language.

We wanted the learning part to be easy and fun for the kids, so we used a popular method called Diglot Weave — the storybooks are written in English first, and with each level, more local words are inserted in the sentences. Before you know it, the reader learns a whole new vocabulary.

The apps are available on the App Store:

There’s more than one way to say 'good morning' in the Philippines. Brush up on your dialect skills or teach your child your mother tongue with Cowboy Inting and the Carabao Butud — the interactive storybook app that started our Esturya series. It's available on the App Store (Also comes in 3 dialects, Ilonggo, Tagalog, and Cebuano)

Through Inting and Butud, we hope to bring our culture and language from east to west, as we believe our country lives in every Filipino no matter where we are!
