We plan on using this new page to show some behind-the-scenes stuff from our ETRdottV channel, from our ETRdotTV LIVE events and from our ETRdotTV ThunderWAN Broadband Internet projects.
Also check out our Twitter feed @ETRdotTV for event and program announcements, new services, and Feature Partner promotion!
Second LIVE Trivia night at The Cookstown Pub Co. was a hoot. Sorry about the Leafs, but at least Chris walked away with Auston courtesy of The IceBox Cards & Collectibles
Eight teams played this week and we have room for eight more...and then we'll be full, just like we are for Wednesday's at Bull and Barrel Pub - Barrie Wednesday and Innisfil Thursday. We have most of Simcoe County covered!
Our ETRdotTV ThunderWAN broadband Internet service at Harbourfront's Marina Pier Four was down for about 4 hours yesterday because one of the main dock runways sank from Sunday's high winds and waves. Power had to be cut-off and a crane was brought in to hoist the dock off of the lake bottom so repairs could be made.
Spring has sprung a leak evidently... http://www.etr.tv/featured_video.php?video_id=196
ETRdotTV contributed an Auction item to tonight's upcoming charity trivia event at Georgian College in Barrie. A great cause: RVH Royal Victoria Hospital Hearts and Minds campaign. We also did the PowerPoint sponsor roll. More than 200 people are expected to attend and play.
Having Easter Sunday fall on the same day as April Fools is an Oxymoron and as about as useful as having SMPTE colour bars on an Internet TV channel! Regardless, wishing you a day of joy today and always!
We at ETRdotTV are trying to get behind this initiative with the pubs that we work with...congratulations to EVERY pub that embraces this practical, smart initiative. Totally aligned with ETRdotTV values!

With our ETRdotTV ThunderWAN broadband wireless service, we are NOT re-sellers of somebody else's "pipes". The infrastructure is our own, all the way from our customers to the Internet's backbone at our datacentre.
However, this article is kind of interesting. Psychology meets Technology, I guess...
IoT and ATSC 3.0 come together! This is the power of an all IP infrastructure. ETRdotTV can't wait to be an ATSC 3.0 broadcaster. We give ourselves 24 months to get there! https://www.tvtechnology.com/…/the-iot-potential-in-next-ge…
It's official! After confirmation from the CFO of Fly GTA Airlines we are now announcing that this Toronto based airline has become an ETRdotTV Feature Partner. Follow our Twitter feed @ETRdotTV to keep up on how we will work with the airline to add to their success and bring benefits to our audience.
We'll use this Facebook page to share behind-the-scenes stories that supplement our ETRdotTV channel and LIVE event content.
FlyGTA operates out of Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island using twin engine aircraft. With destinations around the Greater Toronto Area such as Lake Simcoe Regional Airport and others, FlyGTA can take the stress out of driving on traffic congested routes like highway 400. Replace that with a swift, relaxing, and enjoyable experience in the air.
"All Green" (-65dB or better) signal levels this evening for ALL Access Point meshing at Marina Pier 4. Our Unifi Controller for ETRdoTV ThunderWAN Wireless Broadband has got it together (finally!)
Here's a look at one of the reject photos from our Twitter post to promote our new location for LIVE trivia.
Sometimes when taking a promo picture, you want to try something different than the usual "look at the camera and smile" shot. But alas, we went with the tried and true for Twitter because we thought it was more engaging than having servers Britt and Robin look at and react to the teaser round booklet.
What do you think?
