The Ninth and TENTH Amendments are the ONLY TWO "supreme laws of the land" which SUPPORT, DEFEND and will RESTORE, by Constitutional --> STATE <-- legislative measures, leading to A TRANSITIONAL PERIOD, of INCREMENTAL State NULLIFICATION of all unlawful Federal spending and usurpation, our ENTIRE Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence, our WHOLE Constitution, our Economy, our local SMALL Businesses, our JOBS, our wages and salaries, our individual Rights, our States Rights, our State Sovereignty, our INDIVIDUAL American Middle Class wealth and power and our FREEDOM. Each and every monthly tranche of State Nullifications shall be backed up by State and local Law Enforcement ACTION as they SUPPORT and Defend our Constitutional Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws and the subsequent INCREMENTAL State Nullifications of all UNLAWFUL Acts and usurpation of The U.S. Government as well as by their hired Federal alphabet soup of tyrannical Constitutionally contemptuous agents and agencies. Among the State nullifications shall be corresponding quarterly nullifications of all unlawful Withholding and Income Taxes in compliance with the findings and rulings of The Supreme Court of The United States in that; "The 16th Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on ANYBODY who wasn't taxable before it". This Constitutionally lawful process will nearly double the size of all American Middle Class paychecks, without even a raise or the printing of money outta thin air. The Oath Keepers and The 10 U.S. Code § 311 American Militia Freedom Forces shall remain AT THE READY, on Call, and on Standby for backup and reinforcements to our Constitutional County Sheriffs and Peace Officers in the performance of there Duty and Oath. - Capt.
