Today we’re sad to announce that the Experience Code Conference has been cancelled. This isn’t a decision we’ve landed on lightly, but one that needs to happen.
Despite our best efforts to promote the event, tickets are not selling and we’ve been unable to secure enough premium sponsors. We had high hopes for the Experience Code Conference, and while there seemed to be a lot of interest, it hasn’t translated into what’s needed to run a successful event.
For those who purchase...d tickets, we’ll be issuing refunds on Friday November 10th. This is a disappointing situation and I’d like to make myself available to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you to everyone who supported ECC by buying a ticket, agreeing to speak and be a sponsor, and spreading the word about what we’d hoped would be another great Vancouver event. It’s been a privilege to share this dream with you.
