The worst thing about this place is I live way too close to it, so it's hard to resist when I want some feel-good, comfort food. The price to portion size ratio is beyond reasonable and after almost 1...0 visits plus who knows how many take out orders, I have never had anything I have disliked. In fact, every time I go, it is difficult to find just one thing I want. I think the most repeated orders are the Signature Mac and Cheese, Calamari, the Hog sauce wings (a mixture of sauces, basically honey mustard with mild kick of flavor and spice), and anything that comes with their remoulade sauce/dip. Honestly, it is still the best restaurant I've been to since moving to Quincy last August from Florida. If I had to give one critique, maybe more menu variety here and there, but that might only be because I have been there so often and want to try some new creations or specials from whoever is in the kitchen. Seriously though, great job ♥ See More

As everyone already knows, the portions are huge and the menu has a decent variety. Hoping it was just becaus of how busy things were, but the food appeared to lack seasoning. Got an boneless Wong a...ppetizer which had a ton of potential but we had to add salt to each peice to bring out the flavor. Also, from the time we got there, it took about 15 minutes to get drinks and 30 minutes to get the wings. Then the main course, again no seasoning. We had a steak and cheese sub w/ fries and steak and lobster Mac and cheese. Everything was just a bit bland. Again, huge portions, but otherwise nothing to write home again. I'd give em one more try in hopes that we just got them when they ran out of salt, but otherwise we weren't too impressed. See More

My friends took me there for a special dinner. The maple mustard wings were out of this world. I had the Pulled pork and the serving size was huge. the pork was so tender i wanted to swallow my tongue.... i haven’t had pulled pork that good since i was in the south. the only negative is that it’s so popular, there are long waits for a table. See More

A small little place in Quincy. The place was packed and minimal seating. I heard some horror stories about the staff and was nervous however, out waiter was great. He had a dry sense of humor and mad...e us feel welcomed. The food was great and the portions were huge. The prices were more than reasonable. I definitely will be back. See More

Working in Quincy for 9yrs, I used to really like this place, food is great! Service was never great but it was acceptable...

However, I visited here with 3 coworkers for drinks and appetizers, to l...earn that we were going to be charged two separate “splitting” fees unless we ordered at least 3 appetizers between the four of us... Are you kidding me?!

I asked if we could have table bread and 5 minutes later we were told (with an attitude) the manager said that dining was between 5-10 and had to cash out at the bar if we weren’t going to eat, mind you we had been there since 3:40pm...and barely anyone in the dining area...

I will never recommend this place again, nickel and diming with MULTIPLE splitting fees?!

There are PLENTY of other establishments within walking distance we can go to for quality drinks and apps that won’t charge up the ass for splitting a couple of appetizers!

The servers were very nice...but I got nachos that had burnt chips and burnt garlic and lots of it. The pulled pork was way to sweet. I was not able to try anything else as the portion size was huge.

It is so good!! I love the BBQ chicken they made, and it’s a lot! I love it! And also the cocktail, I forgot it’s name, it should be “skinny kitten” something, I just love it! It tasted really sweet a...nd covered the bitterness of vodka. Me and my buddy also had the crab cake, so good, everything! See More

Its a little hole in the wall restaurant over crowded with rediculous wait. The food portions are decent but the food itself isnt really worth waiting for unless you like over glorified mac and cheese... with lettuce See More

Portions are huge, food is always good. (Seems like a lot of people complain about the wait, but it IS a very small place after all.)

The wait is always a bit longer than I’d prefer but the food is well worth the wait! The staff is always super nice and accommodating.

What an interesting place to eat or meet up with friends. Bar on the left as you enter with a couple of high tops to sit away from bar that had two TVs.
Right side dining area separated by a 5 foot w...all had about enough seating for maybe 40-50 peolple.
Delicious drink menu and ample selections of beer and wine. Plenty of seafood on the menu as you would expect from its location. Portion size is not an issue. 3 members of our party took home food from their servings. I had the chowder that had a nice piece of cod on the bottom of the bowl and half a dozen clams I removed from their shells.
It is a bit worn, but most likely because they have a constant flow of customers and regulars crossing the threshold.
I recommend spending your $$ here. no worries.

Well no one can dispute the quality of food or the portion size of the food I did just walk out of the fat cat. My wife and I were just out and about on this rainy drairy day and decided to go to the ...fat cat to have a couple drinks and plan the rest of our day. We may even had stayed there for dinner. When we went in the bar was full but there were plenty of tables. We were going to take the high top at the end of the bar.
My wife asked the host if it was ok and his reply was are you eating. She began to sit as saying probably. I then said we may not but are definitely having drinks. At that time he informed us that the table was for dining only.
With that I said thanks anyway and left.
We have been to fat cat as well as passports over a dozen times each. My message to the owner is that you should be fortunate that people look to your places as a destination.
I know that the construction in Quincy impacted you. Yet you would rather an empty table than one earning revenue. Your host was rude and we felt insulted. Funny thing though......I am sitting in another Quincy restaurant enjoying my drink and considering what to do for the night.
Have a great day. Cheers!

Great comfort food. I've been several times. The food wasn't as good on my most recent visit, a little overcooked but hopefully that's a one-off. I'll be back for sure.

Great place to dine, there famous Mac & Cheese are the best ones I've tasted so far. There wait staff are nice, and most of there items are worth checking out, except for my BBQ ribs are slightly burn... with not much taste. I will definitely come back to try other items out. See More
