just sending love to anyone else with postnatal depression during lockdown. it sucks. so badly. it sucks for me. for my partner. for my bubba. it’s not bad every day, and in fact I’ve had some really joyous days. my baby is a bit older now so it’s easier than it was but I’m thinking of new mums who are struggling with breast feeding and the relentlessness of night feeds and the hyper exhaustion all without the usual support and help from health visitors and midwife home visits etc. and I’m thinking of you especially if you’re a new parent and you’re doing it by yourself. you are a hero and I am in awe of you. if you’re finding it hard, it is. it really is. 💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓
