1. The bank did not process the transaction in time, which made me send another transaction to comply with a contract. 2. When asked the first time why the transaction was not processed, received an a...nswer "due to AML reasons". When asked the second time, received an answer that the transaction was not yet processed and that they process everything manually. 3. Having asked to cancel the transaction which was not needed already, I received an answer that it was processed. It's been one week and the money are simply lost somewhere and no action from the Fidor bank. Doing the fraud complaint right now. See More

WARNING. In our experience Fidor UK are appalling! In comparison with other UK online banking services Fidor are very poor.The online service lacks security and communication is non existant. There i...s NO secure means of contacting this bank. If you have a Savings Bond, good luck trying to transfer matured funds back to a nominated account! Good luck trying to get a tax certificate. For awhile their savings rates were attractive. But don't be fooled. In 2018 there are better Bonds to invest in and many, many better on line banks.....Oh, and good luck if you have a complaint...FB seems to be the only option! See More

My brother is a customer of this "great bank". Be aware your money will go missing!! It happened to him is well. Still haven't received his money. They are telling they send the money back but cannot ...provide any confirmation about it. So where are the money??? The paying company haven't received them back. See More

Logged in after receiving an email about transactions on my unused Fidor account which had less than £50 on it. Only to find out I'm overdrawn by over £200! WTF? And there's no helpline number that wo...rks for emergencies! I have cancelled the card and have emailed you. See More

Is Fidor UK still a thing? A digital bank, with a poor online banking site and NO app. Even the worst banks in the UK have an app. No sign of anything happening since 2015. No innovation, no technolog...y, no UK office!? No sign of anything a normal bank offers, let alone a FinTech bank, which are supposed to be the future using the latest, new technologies to make banking better! No Apple or Android pay.

95 people queuing for the past 30mins in order to get ID checked! it wouldnt take less than 3hrs waiting for it. Nobody needs this. So many other options out there. Get yourself an Uaccount or Ffrees, instead
