Their website tools are amazing but that is where the good things stop. Their people are terrible to work with and the rates aren't very competitive.

Numerous ...shipments were extremely delayed because they wait till the last minute to do customs. They would also double bill us and then take a long time to issue refunds. Charge our credit card along with high credit card fees when ACH was set as default payment.

They take zero accountability for their actions and always pass the blame to someone else.

Awesome company. Flexport has been supporting us for about a year now and next to Amazon FBA it is our most reliable partner. Even when there is a delay we are ...in control of our shipping process. Their staff is very responsive and their platform intuitive. They will take over the world if they keep on focusing on customers the way they do now. See More

Worst company. Arrogant and incompetent. I do not recommend even considering this company for your shipping, unless you wish to add constant frustration to your... life. I would give zero stars if it was an option!

I agree with the last review completely. They make constant costly mistakes and never take any responsibility. They also have no problem holding your cargo hostage until you pay up!

STAY AWAY FROM FLEXPORT, or you WILL regret it!

Very corporate, impersonal service. Quotes are not the best. Service is poor. Agree with previous posts that they make lots of mistakes that will cost you extra... money and they never take any responsibility at all. The friendly emails stop quickly once a problem arises and their true colors become all to apparent. They don't care one bit about your business. I don't recommend using Flexport. There's a lot of better options out ther See More

We developed a carbon calculator to automatically measure the carbon footprint of all the freight shipped by our customers. Thanks to our new partnership with CarbonFund, businesses shipping with Flexport can now automatically buy carbon offsets to mitigate the environmental impact of their shipping.
