I stopped in the Boone Store last week in need of new hiking boots. My boots were shot and Liam worked with me to find the perfect fit for a new pair of Oboz. I wore them the next day at Linville Fa...lls and Beacon Heights, to break them in. Then we hiked to McRae Peak and the boots were great! I'm back in Virginia Beach looking for reasons to wear them again, but the trails here are more sandy than rocky.

We stopped at the Blowing Rock store later in the week and had another great experience there, with a few hints on the Profile Trail.

My husband and I visited your Blowing Rock location to see about getting some hiking boots and your staff was very knowledgable, friendly and attentive, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. We each left... with a new pair of shoes and great hiking socks. I would highly recommend Footslogger and will come back to shop again. See More

Stopped in to purchase a replacement water bottle cap and to ask about local running trails in the area. The employee I talked with not only gave me the name of Moses Cone park, but recommended trails... and gave me directions to said trails. Awesome atmosphere! See More
