I love chopping it up & connecting with random people, but especially random people like TSA airport security agents, who people normally talk shit about, on a level we can both connect - for example, just now at the Detroit airport, TSA guy is also an audio engineer and upon him seeing my synth & midi controller, chatted with me about music & gear for a few minutes and he ended up teaching ME something. Everyone has different jobs, and you can do said job good or bad, but in the end, we're all human, people. Let's make this crazy ride a little more pleasant for everyone by being fcking COOL to one another. Benefit of the doubt. Roll on. C u soon Oregon.

We are a highly adaptable species. We look out the window on an airplane and take the clouds & every beautiful little fractal formation on earth for granted, while some people don't even open the window. We're freaking FLYING, people, does ...this NOT blow your mind? Beyond that, the airplanes in which we all ride in contain within their technology four centuries (& in reality a lot more) of progress. As we reach higher and higher plateaus, humans evolve and most end up taking things for granted. The artist with 5k fans is usually jealous of the guy with 100k fans and the millionaire just wants to be a billionaire. We can't have enough, and when we have it "all", we just want more. This is specifically a western ideal, but something needs to change, & I think it already is. Basically folks, look at what you have and what you have achieved, and don't take it for granted, ESPECIALLY coincidental experiences & synchronicity. Stop and appreciate how far you (WE'VE) come as individuals and as a species. Stop and smell the flowers, look up and appreciate the clouds, this world is a truly magical one, don't forget to enjoy it - this is the only spaceship we have. Meer weergeven
