Loved it - they are able to accommodate gluten-free and dairy free the quinoa was delicious the veggies were fresh the peanut sauce was warm and brought warmth... on a cold day to a delicious salad bowl. Really loved it. My husband really liked. his teriyaki steak bowl and I ended up going with tofu because I eat fish but not meet and they also had hard-boiled eggs that were good. عرض المزيد

I had never heard of Freshii before until today we stopped at the Brockville Ontario location for lunch on our way home to the GTA.
I can honestly say that I wa...s wowed! I love eating healthy, fresh food with tons of flavor and this place hits it right on the money!
I had the banana walnut smoothie and one of the bowls.
The prices are very reasonable and the amount of food I got was huge!

My family and I love it there. Love the rice bowls and the soups great. Don't find it overly expensive either compared to fast food. If we had a freshii in Collingwood we would be there all the time. We make special trips to barrie just to eat there.

Ordered the Buddha Satay. I asked the cashier if I could switch to brown rice and he recommended I stick with the rice noodles. They were all congealed together... - ick! Not made properly. Also, there were very little veggies in the bowl. If I'm paying 10 bucks plus a tip, I expect something that's more than poorly cooked noodles. I may as well get a Mr. Noddle bowl for less than a dollar. عرض المزيد

Yesterday I came to pick up lunch from the freshii located in the Rutherford plaza. I got a bowl I always get, the pangoa bowl with Buffalo sauce instead of the... regular spicy sauce they have. I get buffalo sauce because I cannot tolerate spicy foods and i find Buffalo sauce quite delicious. After taking my food back to my workplace, I open it to find the sauce smelling like Siriacha sauce. I called freshii and they were completely disengaged in a conversation and rude! They said their Buffalo sauce is now franks red hot sauce. This is ridiculous! If you're going to make Buffalo sauce spicy then say so to let your customers. I asked if I could swap my bowl for a new one, and they declined. I now wasted my money and I couldn't even eat my food because it was way too spicy. I'm not impressed. عرض المزيد

their Soups use chicken broth ....
Vegetarians beware
I found this out by asking , after I ate some of their lemongrass soup.
Menu does not indicate this and staff do not mention it when you order - nor do they care once you point it out I might add.
So turned off.

My plan was to try and eat healthy. I ordered a Southwestern soup from the Vaughan Mills location and found a disgusting little surprise half way through my sou...p. Plastic is toxic and sitting in my hot soup no doubt released toxins. 121 King St W - Concourse Location

I went for happy hour - $2.99 for a Froyo with 1 topping....

She filled HALF of the cup with Froyo and put the topping.

Why put up a picture of the food you sell and then make something half the size?!

I watched her do this for 4 customers before me and I asked her why she didn't put as much Froyo as the picture on the wall and she huffed then filled it up more.

I was the only one who asked her why she was being stingy.

I just got a delivery in Bogota, Colombia, from the Freshii Zona G. I bought a Kona Wrap which arrived after 70mins, when I -tried to unwrapped it, it was a m...ess, the paper was totally adherent to the wrap. I called to that restaurant +571 - 675 0318 and the manager didn´t belive me, and after a while she only offer me a courtesy but tomorrow! I really enjoy eating at Freshii almost every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in between 😉 You should try it. It's delicious, nutritive and fast. A healthy fast food for almost everybody!

I used to love this place. Good recipes for the most part, quality food. It turned into a place that just isn't attentive enough to not put rotting animal flesh into a vegan wrap. I don't think they get paid enough to care.

I love Pangoa ......the very first time it was like the bowl is so huge and I said to myself.....no way I can only have half of it. ....but I managed to ate everything and I wanted more.

This review is in response at your YYZ terminal 3 departures location. I am a frequent customer of yours at this location, and was disappointed (to say the lea...st) at the experience. At 6:30 PM they were out of burritos, rice, steak, Turkey and most importantly forks. And try were charging people the upgrade for the quinoa (even though there was no other starch option). $12 for a salad (when I wanted a Baja burrito) and I have to eat it with a spoon. Not okay. To whom it may concern,

I am writing today to inform you of an incident that occurred at your 3255 Rutherford Rd, Concord, ON L4K 5Y5 location. I purchased fou...r smoothies, one juice, and one salad. I should preface by stating that I am a frequent customer of your 7600 Weston Rd, Vaughan, ON L4L 8B7 location and have always received excellent food service. This was the first time I had visited the new location and, unfortunately, the overall experience and quality of food was absolutely unacceptable. As the only in-house guests at the time, the speed of service was horrible. There were two associates working during the 12pm lunch hour and at least 20 minutes had passed between when I had ordered, and when I received my food. This is, however, quite excusable considering the salad I received was prepared with spoiled dressing. Only after leaving your establishment had I realized that the food had turned rancid and that any attempt to consume it would lead to sickness. Out of courtesy, I contacted the Rutherford Road location and spoke with an associate who gave her name as “Dariana.” I informed her that the dressing had gone sour and, with an extensive background in food service within a hospital setting, advised her not to serve it to patrons in case of a serious adverse reaction. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, to which she replied that there wasn’t one. I then asked Dariana for the contact number of a district manager or head offices. She proceeded to give me (905) 851 - 2030, a number that has since been disconnected. I called back once more to ask for a secondary contact number as the one she had given me was not in service. She told me she was very busy and then hung up the phone.

I kindly remind you of the Food and Drugs Act, Part 1 - Foods, Drugs, Cosmetics and Devices:

4 (1) No person shall sell an article of food that:
(a) has in or on it any poisonous or harmful substance;
(b) is unfit for human consumption;
(c) consists in whole or in part of any filthy, putrid, disgusting, rotten, decomposed or diseased animal or vegetable substance;

I am empathetic towards unforeseen circumstances that may cause a longer than normal wait time. I also understand there are a number of reasons why a critical control point may be overlooked causing the food to sour. What I cannot understand is why your representative would so casually dismiss a serious threat of injury to your paying customers? I no longer feel I can trust the safety of Freshii’s food. This incident has been formally documented through the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. عرض المزيد

    Just stopping by your page to say that I recently tried Freshii for ...the first time in Dartmouth and LOVED it! As someone who travels frequently for work, it's always a challenge to find a healthy meal on the road. Your burritos are delicious and I'll be returning frequently to get them! Having said that, we need to talk about your frozen yogurt. Although delicious, I was surprised and quite frankly pretty appalled to see that it contains 50g of sugar per serving. FIFTY GRAMS. Thats over 12 teaspoons of sugar per serving!! Not to mention that your smoothies use this yogurt as a base and therefore having over 50g of sugar per serving, as well! I really do believe that you're doing your company and your customers a disservice by carrying such a sugar-laden, unhealthy product. Especially when there are so many other healthier alternatives available. I think it's unusual that a company that markets itself as a healthy alternative would carry such a product.
