Went to the Cinnaminson, NJ Friendly’s last night and the serve was horrible! The staff was arguing ...over who was going to clean the tables, the two boys making the ice cream were using their shirts to clean the side of the ice cream cups. I should have left after I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken at the take out window, but I stayed and ordered three sundaes to go and they were so messy. The toppings were just thrown on the ice cream and the sides of the cups were covered in chocolate and peanut butter sauce. They were out of whipped cream and cherries and just shoved the ice cream in my face. I have attached a video of the ice cream I received in the comments. Mehr anzeigen

Awful food and service, not like the restaurant of days gone that’s a fillet of fish, no taste , was...n’t sure what it was calms ate a joke. Better taste at McDonalds done with this place Mehr anzeigen

Went to the Syosset NY location. Place is not in the best shape and cleanliness is really lacking. I... can over look that as we go for the kids. When we arrived the parking lot was packed and I had to go around back and park. No lights in parking lot and I parked in between cars in a spot against the building. I come out to find someone from there kitchen staff left a big note on a cardboard box stating No Parkin. Exactly how they spelt it. When I asked the so called on duty manager she was so nasty and telling me I'm lying. She called the GM and she said 100 percent is was someone from her staff. This is a family restaurant and this is how they treat families. So disgusting and then then young 20 year old on duty manger has no clue how to run the place on a Saturday night or how to talk to people. Action needs to be taken against the person who did this as there are cameras and the on duty manger needs to go! Mehr anzeigen
