Thank you to all colleagues of Jason at Lloyds Bank Hertfordshire Group, for raising a fantastic £1085.25 for the friends of the stroke unit and £585.25 for the... stroke association. They raised the money in the branches by holding cake sales and stroke awareness stands. Once again a huge thank you to the staff and customers for your kind donations.

Thank you Anne Law for your kind donation of £20 this Christmas. Anne kindly decided to give us the money instead of sending out Christmas cards!

The Stroke Unit has recently been refurbished and looks so much brighter and relaxing. We still have some areas to finish and bring up to date. We hope it will be a much better place to work in and more comfortable if you are unfortunate enough to have to be admitted for treatment.

We are about to relaunch our web page. This may take some time. But when it is done it will be easier for you to contact us and visa versa. In the meantime HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all our friends and supporters.. The Friends of the Stroke Unit
