- This is Emma - she is the granddaughter of one of my customers and s...he wanted to learn about longarm quilting. She came over and watched me finish the E2E on her grandma's quilt and then I put some batting and fabric on for her to play with. She's interested in knowing about home-based businesses for when she graduates high school/college. I told her to call me when she's ready and I'll gladly help her. I think she's a natural! When Gammill was called they treated the owner like an idiot telling them to check the tension. The owner has run this machine for years so they know how to check the tension. Well... I can, once again, brag on Gammill Quilting Company! I had a sudden issue with my Classic Plus on Thursday evening and I called my rep for my area, Mr W...alker. It was just a quick fix and one I had actually done before - a blown fuse. I felt kinda stupid for not remembering how to fix it on my own but he, Mrs Pat, and Mrs Mary always make me feel very comfortable and help me as kindly as anyone could ever! I have had my machine for 14 years and have rarely had any problems with it at all, but each time I had to seek for help to troubleshoot and fix an issue, I have been super satisfied! I can not give one complaint about my Gammill or their customer service! I am very satisfied and happy with Gammill Quilting!!! Thank you folks for extending great service for a great working machine!
