Karen has been compassionate and pushed others to excel in all that they do for many years now! Whatever your goal, Karen will help you reach it!!

I have been attending Zumba classes with Karen Richardson for more than two years. The class is fun and lively. We dance to some of the best music selections Disco, Latin, Caribbean to current pop hits, she covers everything. But the focus is on heart health, overall fitness,building leg strength and balance and the results speak for themselves. Trends may come and go but I continue to see and feel stellar results from Karen's classes. I highly recommend Zumba with Karen Richardson! A Must do for Atlanta locals and for those visiting as well!

ME...taking time to REST. Rest is an integral part of your fitness plan. Listening to your body when it says "slow down" is just as important as being able to "go hard"when working out. Allowing adequate time for your muscles and body to recover, vastly improves your attitude and ability to perform at your highest level.
