Sometimes, you spill something and find yourself again.
I have some things to say to this young kid I found on my old computer:
You are allowed to love your life.
...You are not too much. And if you are, it’s more fun.
Never forget who this kid is.
I love you. Keep going.
(Me, at about 4 years old in the 80s, wearing leg braces, and lots of red clothes and boots, sitting on a rocking chair. Smiling at probably my Grandma, off-camera. I still kind of do that. But I don't sit on rockers anymore.)
