I woke up to this stunning pre-sunrise glorious orange pinkish glow.

I am missing ShaoMii. Took Kapi, coffee in Taiwanese, (new puppy) on a walk with me around the rice fields.

這是小米。 This is Shao Mii, and we've taken him in since Thursday. He's looking a bit better but we definitely need to find a vet for him, which can be a logistical challenge in a small town. His appetite is great, scarfing down each home made meal. He loves scrambled eggs and rice!

#WildPhotoChallenge Day 24 : Body of water. Rock Formations. An Island. Sunrise. We woke up at 4:25am, drove our electric scooters to see the Momma Sun 🌞 rise upon these giant rock formations. Doggy Rock on the left and Sleeping Beauty on the right during the golden hour. Simply magnificent! There's something sacred about being out in Nature during the pre-sunrise glow and then anxiously waiting for it to fully appear. Within seconds we are basking in the soft rays of sunshine. Truly a spectacular morning. We had breakfast #1- homemade cramberry-walnut bread by @mgotpassport and bananas at 5:40am.
Then we drove around the entire island, made multiple stops, route our way back to the bnb by. 8:40 am (20+km) for breakfast #2 by the sea. By 9:30 it's 31c.
It's time for a nap.
