The service in our local store is the best. Very friendly and knows you by name when you come in.
Th...at being said, I brought in my thumb drive and they made 10 color copies from a file on it. The price for the printing was $8.55!!! I asked why so much and they said that $3.10 was for "accessing fee" to use my thumb drive. So $5.45 to print 10 pages ( .54 cents each) and $3.10 to get the flyer I saved on my drive to their printer. That is absurd! He said that is just what they (corp I assume) charge.
My printer was out of ink but I will fix that.
I also found out that there is a similar charge if I were to email it to them.
