Royal Airforce EuroFighters from their base in Cyprus. They never travel alone so there are more that do not have their ELT's on (Emergency Locator Transmitter).
The Israeli jets of course do not have their ELT's on.

The Typhoons look like they are doing picket duty waiting to intercept possible rockets and missiles launched from Iran. Or Iraq. Or Syria. Or Yemen.

It looks like one of the Typhoons is going into Syria which could be determined as an act of war dependent on what they are up to. But with the vagaries of the way FlightRadar24 estimates than corrects the location of the aircraft I doubt they are actually going to cross that border. The RAF station aircraft in Jordan all the time and conduct airlifts of munitions supplying Israel with more bombs to the Jordanian airport closer to Amman from their staging area in Cyprus.
In the time it has taken me to type this the fighters have turned their Elts off and disappeared.

Only the AirTanker showing now with at least two Eurofigher Typhoons lurking dark somewhere close to the Syrian & Iraqi borders.
Israeli and American jets and air tankers of course are dark.
