Granite State Dog Recovery is the most amazing group of women I have ever come across. They know what they are doing, they are in it for the dogs, and they do a wonderful job. They run them selve...s all over for no money. And New Hampshire is really lucky to have such a group. Please donate to them so they can continue the work they do! It's never ending. Thank you ladies for helping find my dog. See More

These people have hearts of gold. They truly will do whatever it takes to get a dog back to his/her family: camp out and go sleepless for many nights, setup cameras, food, traps, drive hours etc etc.... If you've lost your dog, these are the people you want to help you. See More

I just want to say how grateful I am to the owners and the people apart of this group. Without the shares, the prayers and the support my family wouldn’t have found Beast. Just to know there are so ma...ny caring people out there, was overwhelming. To know so many eyes were on the look out and ready to report if they saw him. I really can’t express my gratitude. Really you guys are amazing. Thank you thank you from the Walsh Family. See More

Holly and Lori worked together, despite the pouring rain, to rescue a dog who had been missing for 12 days! What an awesome job they did. I cannot say enough about this recovery group. Read the sto...ry of Dexter to see the work they did for this dog who ran away on 9/28/17 and was rescued on 10/9/2017. See More

The Staff at GSDR are angels in our midst. They give freely of their time and resources to help animals in need of being reunited or in the more unfortunate circumstances, bring closure to families th...at suffer a loss of their beloved. The public has learned that the chance of finding a loved pet or animal has increased exponentially because of their efforts, guidance and PSAs. The world is a better place with them in it! See More

AMAZING women who after working full time jobs look (volunteer) for and help people find their lost dogs. I was beside myself as my dog bolted after a car accident this past Friday night. I contacted ...them right away and they were very helpful. They directed me in what the next step is and helped me. They came at 10:30 pm at night to set up a camera (now that's dedication). I will admit patience is not a word that is used in my vocabulary. I just wanted to go screaming through the woods and run after my dog, they explained to me why you DON'T want to do that. I listened to what they told me as hard as it was at times through the tears. They helped me see things that my very emotional personality (when it comes to my pets)would not have seen. I did what they told me and voila they called me on Tuesday to say they had my dog. Colleen sat there in a field for 1 hour to get my dog comfortable enough that he eventually went to her. If it wasn't for Granite State Dog Recovery, I probably would still not gave my dog as I would been doing everything wrong. They are experts and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone. They are all volunteers and it's non profit so if you can help out with a donation they deserve it. Thank You GDSR for EVERYTHING!!! MILO is VERY happy to be home. They have helped so many people that I know. It's never too soon to contact them when your dog goes missing. They will give you great advice (some counter-intuitive) and help pass the word. They will ...also help with actual search/capture. See More

A couple friends and I found a lost dog while driving to go hiking one day, it had no tags or collar so we knocked on a couple doors in the neighborhood and nobody had recognized the pup. We contacted... granite state dog recovery and within an hour we were in contact with the owner and were able to meet up with her to reunite her with her dog! See More
