Among the many offerings at the Iowa State Fair are free cancer screenings at the John Stoddard Cancer Center booth. Senator Grassley and Barbara Grassley are honorary co-chairs of the booth. They advocate for prevention and early detection, which Mrs. Grassley attributes to her 30 years of breast cancer survival.
