    Very happy to announce Great American Taxi is returning for the 4th Annual Salmonstock Music Festival in Ninilchik, AK. Joining a great line-up with Lucinda Williams, Hard Working Americans, Poor Man's Whiskey, Hot Buttered Rum, Elephant Revival, and some great AK acts as well as others from the lower 48. Come on up and make a vacation out of it. You'll thank us when you get there.

      I've been back a few days from Hartford. My sunburn is less painful, my ears still hear music, the buzz of adult beverages is well out of my system, but the glow remains. A couple of bands/performers I saw and loved are Mike Compton - Mandolinist, a great performer; Jalan Crossland; Great American Taxi, worth a see; John Till, he camped near me and because of schedules I never got to see him, so I looked him up. Naperville boy and a good sound. I will get to World of Beer here to hear him live soon. All but Great American are 'folk/bluegrass sort of sound'. I saw about 20 groups and all were great.

    Hey Friends-Just an FYI, we've been informed tonight's show with Shakedown Street has been moved inside to the Dark Star Lounge (1630 Federal Blvd., Denver, CO) to avoid any possible weather interference. Shakedown Street starts at 7 pm and GAT plays at 9 pm. Hope to see you out there.
