Great place for board games and MTG. Lots of cool stuff to blow your money on, and some great events.

I love the place. They almost always got something I wanna snag and play/fiddle with in my hands. I been dying to get a fidget spinner and earlier, I phoned and they told me they have many kinds in st...ock. So when I go there tomorrow, I won't leave disappointed. Always friendly, decent prices, tons of variety! These folks bring out the kid in everyone. I remember them from Pine Center Mall & now the store's even better. You won't leave the place without at least eyeing something longingly. I don't like reading about bad return policies though. I hope they decide to change that. See More

Wonderful customer service at the new store at Spruceland. Frustrated that I couldn't find the game on my grandsons Christmas list after shopping all over town including the mall. Went to the Sprucel...and store and advised that they didn't have any in stock they were taking names to call once the new shipment came in. Wasn't expecting to receive the game prior to Christmas as suppliers on line couldn't deliver before Christmas but today the 20th I received the call that my game was in the store. Thank you and Merry Christmas See More

BEWARE, GREAT WHITE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They sold us a construction toy with a defective part that was a critical part of the construction project. When we contacted the store withi...n a couple days, they told us to contact the manufacturer. Any other store would have given us a replacement or a credit....not Great White. You are on your own to find a part who knows when, if ever. I will never shop here again because their customer service is terrible. See More

So apparently there's no refunds, even on unopened packages bought within a week. This in itself would have been okay, but I saw no signage saying I could not get a refund (which should be front and c...enter) and even when casually saying I might return it the employee stated I could, so they lied to me.

Having worked in 3 seperate retail settings I've never seen such strict (and to be honest, greedy) refund policies but I'd expect nothing less from the infamous Cameron Stolz. Will just order action figures and the like online from now on.

Always feel like I'm being watched closely and management has refused to put items on hold for me and my husband but grant that opportunity to other people. They also don't update you when items you looking for come in, although you have a box with them. See More

I had a relativity unpleasant experience due to some misinformation between management, staff and customers. I posted a negative review on here, and within an hour of doing so was message by Mike,... the assistant manager. He asked to speak to me personally and went out of his way to explain the reasoning behind what had happened and apologize. Thank you Mike for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one See More

I've been going there since I've been a kid and it's the closest comic shop to where I live which is 2 hours. Great place to shop and just love the atmosphere.

After a not so great experience, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner went above and beyond to correct the problem. Very impressed with his professionalism and grateful for what he did for my son :)

Very disappointed. Went in excited for this new bigger store and am sad to say will probably never return. Picked up a Christmas present only to be told at the till they had put the wrong price on it ...and were not willing to honor that price. Hard to support local businesses when this is the customer service offered. See More

My son is a huge Lego Star Wars fan and he always finds the set he is looking for here. Lots of great selections. A tad high priced for myself.
