In my coaching life I often emphasize the lob play in describing how comrades help one another to succeed. The very concept of the lob pass is like no other. Think about it. While the dunk is often what people see it's truly the unselfishness of the passer that allows the scorer to stunt. It sets the player up in such a way that he cannot fail and in fact looks brilliant and gets all the praise.
