The plan calls for: Overturning Heller, rationing guns, implementing a national gun registry, banning "assault weapons," requiring Americans to be 21 to buy a gun, wasting taxpayer money to reduce the number of guns in the U.S., mandating annual fees for gun ownership, mandating gun licensing, and even "a mandatory buy-back program for assault weapons and creating programs to "encourage voluntary civilian reduction of handguns and other firearms."
