Tonight! Show #2 with Face the Music!
Tonight is your last chance to catch us in concert with Face the Music as we conclude our four-month residency! The program will feature Gutbucket with double string quartet on tunes like "More More Bigger Better Faster With Cheese," Ty's h...eavy heavy classic "RocknRoll" and Ken's ferocious tongue-twister "Ready Set Stop." We'll play with chamber ensemble on Adam's "Tryst 'n Shout" and Ken's "Side Effects May Include," and will perform as quartet on four student works written for us by Special Music High School composers. The grand finale will be a performance of Steve Martland's "Horses of Instruction" by Face the Music with our very own Ken and Pat guesting. This concert is going to be exciting and just may alter your DNA! Come to the Player's Theatre at 8pm: https://web.ovationtix.com/trs/pe.c/9887347 Meer weergeven
Been rehearsing for two Manhattan shows next Monday and Tuesday night with NYC's preeminent high school new music ensemble, Face the Music! We've been doing a residency with them this semester and the concert program will include some of our Gut-Chamber Orchestra pieces, 4 pieces by Special Music High School composers, some of the work we premiered last month in Europe, and even a bit more!
