"אנחנו, נשים ראשות רשויות ומועצות בישראל, נחושות לעשות את כל האפשר כדי לקדם את החברה שלנו למקום טוב יותר, לבטל את פערי המגדר, לחזק את הנשים ולהביא את החברה להוקיר ולכבד אותן באופן מוחלט."
זהו קטע ממכתב שניסחו ראש העיר, עינת קליש רותם, וחברת המועצה נעמה לזימי ושעליו חתמו 14 ראשות הערים של ישראל (פורום ה - 14).
