I got the fried egg fried egg sandwich & bottomless
cup. It was perfect in every way, like eating at home
This was our second time hitting this place for our once a week breakfast.
And this was the second time that the service was lacking. When the waitress (not ours) brought out our food, and I indicated... that my order wasn't right, the woman stared at me as if I wasn't speaking English. Add that to the slow service to begin with and the lack of follow up, and we won't be back again. We were hoping the first time was a fluke as we liked the food. And the fact I see this complaint again and again in the reviews, you would think that they would address this with the staff. Slow service and hipster attitudes don't make for happy customers.
Nice take on my favorite avocado toast, great Bloody Mary and terrific staff! My husband loved the chicken livers and my chorizo Benedict was so flavorful!
Danielle was friendly and we had awesome ser...vice! My rambunctio us 5 year old dropped her hot chocolate and they still made us feel right at home. Jen offered to take my kids back to meet the chef and they were so excited. Totally made our morning and we will be back!!
2nd time here, food is incredible
!!! Worth the wait (at home), the "No Wait" app is the best!
It's just the best in town!
Haven't had anything but great meals...

Probably the best French toast I've ever had! Peaches and cream. Every bite was delicious and the server was wonderful!
Can't wait to go back and get something else!
The Half and Half breakfast is your typical eggs, toast and potatoes fare, but I felt the quality was much better than you'd get at Denny's. The prices were comparable
to any chain breakfast joint, ho...wever the atmosphere was quite different. The staff is very friendly, some of them also super hipster, which added to the experience . My only real complaint was paying $3 for a small cup of coffee, which didn't even taste that good. Also, parking was a pain, but everyone knows to expect that in Clayton.
This is a place with a focus to be good, staff is excellent,
look is fun and casual. The main thing is a need to tighten up their food quality, examples: fully roast the sprouts in the skillet, then ...add lemon and little chicken stock, cover, so they are fully cooked and not serving people half raw sprouts. Do not fear salt and pepper, season your potatoes, same on egg dishes. Break-up fried foods, like chicken livers when dropping into fryer, do not leave as a large clump, the outside over cooks. Break them up on the drop, so fry faster and can server as a tender medium. The Biscuits are wonderful and again the place has heart and a nice location, we will come back and try again.

Their French Toast is one of St. Louis's best. Wish the place was a little bigger so you wouldn't have such long waits. They serve local coffee roasters is an A++ in my book as well. Customer service ...has always been spot on anytime I have gone. Great place for kiddos as well. Must visit place if you are visiting St. Louis!!
g biscuits and gravy! Finally got around to trying a Pimm's Cup at brunch. Delicious and refreshing ! H&H is going into the brunch rotation forever.
After a two hour wait we were seated at a wobbly table to start off with. My fried pickle on the Bloody Mary looked amazing on the outside but the inside was full of raw batter. My daughters biscuits ...and gravy tasted burnt. i'm giving this a three-star
rating because I think it has a lot of potential and our waitress was extremely nice. The pumpkin pancakes were very good!

The ambiance of the restaurant
was incredible . There wasn't a single person that didn't speak to me when I walked in. The food was excellent, can out in a timely manner (which was impressive because i...t was so busy) and there are so many attractive people lol who doesn't like a little eye candy with their meal? Overall an excellent experience and I'll definitely be going back
Had a breakfast meeting this morning, and I'm not sure I'll be going back. I ordered an $8 fruit bowl that came out with an over-ripe banana that I had to send back. When I did, I discovered
that much... of the other fruit had turned brown as well. Not the best presentati on. The omelette I ordered was just okay. Definitely not worth $11. The server was lackluster at best as well. If you're going to charge this much for one of the cheaper meals of the day, it should be really good. It wasn't.
We so appreciate the thoughts of our guests like this fine couple from Saturdays With C&J! "As we shared a meal together and ate a bite from one-another's plate it was clear that brunch is more than a meal; it is an experience."
What to do on a rainy Saturday during Easter weekend in St. Louis? Go to brunch of course. We have a pretty busy lifestyle and rarely do we get to spend time to...
