I ordered a canvas print and the results are amazing. Oat was fast to respond, offered some great suggestions to make the canvas look even better, and had a fast turn around with printing done before ...Christmas. Just put it up on the wall today and couldn’t be happier with the final product! See More

Oat - you promised and delivered, and the Kase Master Kit is fantastic quality and everything as promised. Had a tight deadline and Oat assisted by arranging a prompt order and gave commitment to in helping out if not delivered on time. Despite long weekend, the delivery from overseas took less than a week and was fully trackable throughout the journey. Willing to receive sms and phone call discussions, offered to assist with follow up enquiries. Nothing but praise for great service and a pleasant person to deal with. Can't wait to get out and use. I recently wanted to learn more on using my camera manually and also wanted to learn about filters as well. Oat spent few hours with me teaching me what I need to look at doing going for manual and even showed me a canon play which allows me to do different setting to see what they do.
We then spent an hour out with the camera set up with filters and playing with different filters with different settings.
Highly recommend Oat's workshops and plan to do a few more down the track.
Thank you Oat very much appreciated your time and what you have taught me.

I did a two days 1:1 workshop with Oat which was just great. I wanted to learn more about the right composition of photos and also get more confident with Lightroom and Photoshop. We spend a whole day... out taking pictures at different locations of the Otways National Park, and finished the first day with a stunning sunset and some astro/night shots at the 12 Apostles. Oat was able to share his knowledge with me in a way I could comprehend it. Second Day was all about the post processing of the Pictures, and he tried to give me as much information as possible in that time. There where a lot of thing I wanted to learn about and we were not sure, if we will have enough time for all that. But he managed it pretty good to show me a lot of different things. I am really happy with the two days and I think I can improve my photos with this knowledge a lot. I can definitely recommend his Workshops. See More

Oat is a truly amazing teacher, who is so kind and supportive, he reassures you and ensures you are part of the team no matter what level you are at. He is the best teacher l have ever had! He even ...lent me some of his own gear as l had a little mishap with mine. I will be putting my name down for a lot more of his classes, l feel so smart when he is beside me lol. Well done Oat so proud of you, and l can only hope to one day be half as good as you! See More

I found Oats work on Instagram and instantly reached out to him. I had been wanting to buy some filters but I was confused on which filters to get and what company to go with. Oat recommended Nisi a...nd told me exactly what I needed for my camera setup. I can't wait to go out and try the filters he recommended. Thank you Oat! See More

I attended Oat’s astrophotography workshop and was very impressed. Oat is passionate about what he does and great at sharing what he knows with others. His workshop was very well prepared and struct...ured. He was very respectful of where each participant was on the learning curve and was able to cater for all levels of learning. Oat was also very patient and generous with his time. He was able to share his ideas with the group and spend time with each participant on a one-on-one basis. I had a fabulous night, learnt lots and came away with photos of The Milky Way that I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend Oat’s workshops. Thank you for a great night! See More

Really impressed with the worshop structure and Oats teaching technique. I came away with a tonne of beautiful photos, new knowledge of my camera settings, groovy app tools for photography, some advan...ced methods to use in post processing and most importantly continued inspiration for long exposure photography. Well worth the trip from Melbourne to Port Fairy. See More

I did an Astrophotography Workshop with Oat and it was the best night. Our meal before we started at Lemongrass Thai in Port Fairy, was absolutely beautiful. Oat shares his knowledge willingly and wil...l answer any questions you have. Then out into the night and he helped everyone get the most amazing shots. Will be back to do another workshop with him definitely. Thank you Oat :) See More

I have attended one of Oats classes. Although I felt I had a pretty good idea how to use my camera to its fullest extent, I was amazed how much more I learnt from Oat. His, no nonsense , clear and con...cise approach to teaching, made it so easy to learn more. I highly recommend his classes, even if you think you already know enough. See More

Your photography is brilliant, but my only minus is the obvious ramping up of the colour saturation. You don't need to do it your work is great to begin with. I know we are all desensitised to colour ...thanks to large screen plasma TV's but good quality photography doesn't need a gimmick. Your images are great keep at it. See More

Mona Vale is one of those pools that has both beauty and raw power. On a large swell day, water often flows over the edge of the pool. Thank you for the birthday wishes, last post was 5 days has been a fairly busy month for me with other stuff. Please feel free to tag and share. . Might leave this one up for a while too...everyone seems busy with their life and family is the most important thing. Seeing a big smile on my boys face when he sees something for the first time can't be compared to anything in this world. Sometimes I think I might be spending to much effort on this social media stuff. . Thank you to David Goodrick and his friends for posing for me. I do have to admire these ocean swimmers who brace the winter cold to swim. He swims daily!!! . 15 shots manually merged in PS and animated with Plotagraph. Safety cones were setup and no other people were with in 30m. . #monavale #visitnsw #northernbeaches #sydney #tidalpool #oceanbath #drone #inception #flatland #SeeAustralia #exploringaustralia #uniquesydney #master_gallery #earthofficial #jaw_dropping_shots #master_shots #ig_exquisite #hot_shotz #earthpix #ig_exquisite #discover_earthpix #artofvisuals #moodygrams #agameoftones #eclectic_shotz #djiglobal #fromwhereidrone #special_shots #droneoftheday #dronestagram @australia_shotz @australia @ig_australia__ @ig_today @ig_bliss @amazing_longexpo @fantastic_earth @agameoftones @artofvisuals @wow_australia @focusaustralia @earthpix @visitnsw @uniquesydney

Aurora prediction was going off and some think that it was the best one they have seen to date....I was working when it hit at 9PM. However, I did go out to 10:30PM to catch the tail end of it. You can it dances across the night sky with beams going straight up. The constant light sources were squid boats. Then the cloud rolled in and I had to spin some steel wool. Enjoy.
