The room is clean but I think the price is too expensive.

The place was good, so many attractions to choose from. ...

Shuttles were available to use to go to the beach.
The staff was NOT accommodating and friendly, we booked 2 rooms for 4 persons each room (in advance) but we were twelve pax so we asked if we could pay additional fee for extra beds and they said it was not allowed. Thy were hessitant in giving us options in room accommodation.

Some swimming pools were not clean.

Public toilets and shower room was not well maintained.

We were expecting the rooms to have wifi due bad cellular signal but no wifi was availabe in the rooms. Wifi in the office was so slow.

I don't know if they have generators but in our overnight stay we encountered some power interruptions and it took time for the electricity to come back.

Bad parking space.

Did not see any life guards at the pool or at the beach.

The in-house restaurant was on construction when we came so we looked for nearby restaurants, they should've told us that restaurants closes early. All restaurants in place closes before 8pm.

Awesome place and decent service... ATV pricing pretty high for what you can do with it.. The trail is a side walk very small and not worth the time.. although the guy running it saw we were really and took us down the street on them still not worth your time... bikes were also beat up and old and my buddies kept shitting the bed as soon as he slowed down it would completely shut off and I'm pretty sure mine was hotwired considering it didn't have a key and he started it by touch 2 wires together! On a positive note the zipline was awesome! View was amazing! See More

Visited Dec 2017, the morning beach water was cold and the wind was strong enough to throw sand at us.
Room at the Premium suite is decent.
Amenities not properly maintained probably due to the size o...f the resort.
Zigzag road was the most challenging (compared to Baguio, Cebu, Zambales) besides the unlighted roads.
Not worth returning to if from a long drive from Meycauayan Bulacan.

Good thing we stayed just for a night. we stayed in "villa" near the pool. to my disappointment, the cottage needed a lot of repair, the water from the faucet was salty and the food in their Resto i...s not good. I find that with the rates they charged us for the room, its a bit overpriced. the beach was nice and the hotel staff were courteous and thats just about it. See More

It's great that this resort has a dormitory that can fit 12. Check in was easy. Initially the airconditioning was not functional but they quickly transferred us to another dorm. All the staff were fri...endly, accomodating and professional. All parts of the resort are worth visiting. We were able to take a lot of pictures. My husband and nephew enjoyed the Zipline. Food was superb. See More

its been awhile since i first visited Hannah's beach resort... halos wla na pinag kaiba sa kuwebang lampas sa Quezon.... lahat may bayad... well i guess its for the wealthiest traveler's :) you have a... choice of choosing other places to stay... however', most of the locals there look at you like a walking #atm. my experience. See More

Staff is friendly and accommodating except they never fixed our tv after 3 calls. We liked the restaurant service and menu - breakfast, bagnet, sinigang and all, very delicious. The beach was dirty lots of trash and plastic bottles. The baranggay collects entrance fee for "maintenance" but do not clean the beach. An estero feeds into the beach and you wonder about the bio-hazard that is in the water. We had to go to the farthest side of Hannah's beach. The old Hannah's is old, what you expect from a cheap hotel. Grounds need maintenance but they probably need lots of staff. I wonder if the new Hannah's annex is better. There are lots of better resorts than this place. Its only good for the locals. I hope they improve it. See More

Staff don’t even smile and say hello or welcome ... went to a restaurant and the food was good , but after looking at the receipt, there was it ( charcoal fee ) to cook our food ... I’m like ( WTF IS ...THIS BRO ) ... if they mention about or have the charcoal fee on their menu ... then there shouldn’t be any problem... See More

I love the place. A lot of improvements since the first time we've been there. The kids enjoyed much in their park. What we dont want there is there were no good shower rooms to their pool.

Hannahs resort is the best vacation place we went to. I find the price very reasonable since it has all the facilities and very secured. As compared to the homestays were everything is inadequate. It clean and has a good restaurant. See More

This is paradise up north with a wealth of exciting activities to make your vacation more fun and well-spent. The views alone are worth the long road trip, unless you decide to fly to Laoag. It will b...e just under two hours from there. The icing on the cake would be the warm and hospitable personnel who go out of their way to make your stay more relaxing. Go for their newly-opened Premium Suites - a bit more pricey but guaranteed to meet your expectations. See More

Hannah's is the place that so relaxing place ever. The place is fabulous, and I loved the Banana Boating, I want to try again and it was a great experience for me. I'd like also the cold water and th...e wavy heavy waves. And I loved also to play beach volleyball there. And we won the game 3-1. Me and my fam loved Hannahs Beach Resort Place. See More

Hannah's was highly recommended by people of ilocos and I had to find out for myself. The rooms are on the pricey side but they were generous enough to respect the discount of seniors. Food is not exp...ensive but there is still good food quality. The only problem on the room we had (4) is that the toilet is clogged and was not repaired even after they sent the plumbers and the water on the faucet is salty and the heater is not working at all. They have good activities and my family enjoyed the zip line. It was a good experience but the beach is not as what we expected. Try to compare with SAUD beach before confirming your booking. Food was terrible. We all got food poisoning. None of the staff cared. The facility's were horrible. Not worth the trouble staying there. Defiantly won't be returning.
