It has been a difficult couple months for all of us but we have done our best to stay focused, stay healthy and to be kind to our neighbours. This cocktail was inspired by the honeybees and their tireless effort to bring us flowers and produce. The Noteworthy Navy Strength Gin is a punch to the face of flavour and it is balanced by the honey vermouth, the dandelion syrup and citrus powered Lem Marrakech bitters.
