Harmony’s yoga offerings are extremely well curated. I truly enjoyed yoga with Zac, Rebecca, and Ireni. I also attended a transformative Breathwork class with Koko, a mindful Restorative Aerial worksh...op with Ireni, and a Stone Medicine workshop with Heather. Monica, the director, does a great job of attracting and retaining qualified instructors who seem to ‘walk their talk’ when it comes to living a conscious and spiritually awakened lifestyle. I would highly recommend Harmony for any yogis looking to deepen their practice beyond simply the physical. I only wish I could stay longer in Nosara! Namaste and Pura Vida! See More

The service was great, the lovely Laura always took great care of me!! The instructors and masseuses were also all top notch! Love this place! I have to come back for this every year!
