Great News... Dinah is coming back out of Zumba retirement to lead Zumba on Monday and Tuesday -- 6:30pm both nights. Don't miss these two special Zumba classes!
And, with Carol Wydra taking some much-deserved vacation during Spring Break week, Bernie will demonstrate the whole series of Senior Classes developed by Silver & Fit....
The 3 Silver & Fit classes are: Explore (easiest level), Experience (moderate level), and Excel (highest level). See the schedule for when each of these are being offered. Bernie led the Experience class last Tuesday at 8:00AM. Feedback was very positive, so we decided to have Bernie demo all 3 levels this week.
Lastly, Kate is back, so Friday night Line Dancing at 6:00pm is back on our schedule again this week.
Please do come out to dance with Dinah Monday and/or Tuesday evening, or try several of the Silver & Fit Classes out, or join Kate for Line Dancing.
We love to get your feedback, and do plan to add a Butts & Guts class next week on Thursday evening (3/29) at 6:30pm.
