How do I stop videos from playing automatically in my News Feed?
You can adjust the Facebook app's autoplay settings to On Mobile Data and Wi-Fi Connections, On Wi-Fi Connections Only or Never Autoplay Videos.
To adjust this setting on your Android phone:
- Open the Facebook app
- Tap
- Scroll down and tap App Settings
- Tap Autoplay
- Choose an option
Note: If you don't see the Autoplay settings on your Android phone, log out of the Facebook app. When you log back into Facebook, Autoplay should be visible in App Settings.
