1,915 days have passed since Bob Levinson went missing from Kish Island, held hostage by an unknown group. As we mentioned on Sunday, our brother, Doug, was honored at his high school graduation by his teachers and fellow students wearing yellow ribbons to support for our family and our father. Here is the video of his principal, speaking about Doug at the beginning of the ceremony.

Rubio, Nelson, Deutch Call out Iran for Denying Commitment to Assist with Bob Levinson Case

MAR 12 2018

Washington, D.C.— U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Bill Nelson (D-FL) and U.S. Representative Ted Deutch (D-FL-21) issued the following statements today after recent reports of Iran denying its commitment to help the U.S. in bringing Bob Levinson home:

“Shortly after the 11th anniversary of Bob Levinson’s disappearance, Iran falsely claimed that they have no information on Bob’s whereabouts and that they had made no commitment to the U.S. in helping to bring him home,” said Rubio. “We know that little happens in Iran without its dictatorship knowing about it, so the Iranian regime's duplicitous behavior further demonstrates its evil nature. I urge the Trump Administration to immediately call out Iran and press them to uphold their commitments to Bob’s case. To the Iranian regime, know that we remain resolved in our mission to bring Bob home.”‎

“After eleven long years, it’s simply unconscionable for Iran to pretend like it doesn’t have a responsibility to find Bob and bring him home,” said Nelson. “The bottom line is, if Iran doesn’t have Bob, they know where to find him—we can never let them off the hook.”

“This is a despicable attempt by Iran to absolve itself of past commitments to help locate Bob and bring him home," said Deutch. "If Iran wants to be treated like a member of the international community, it needs to live up to its past promises – and basic human decency – and reunite Bob with his family. Numerous times Iran has offered its assistance on Bob’s case. We haven’t forgotten. The Iranian government is wrong if it thinks we will just sit and wait; we expect, and the Levinson family deserves, more than this.”

In January, Rubio, Nelson, and Deutch introduced the Iran Human Rights and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act. The bill, which specifically acknowledges Bob Levinson, would require the imposition of sanctions on Iranian individuals responsible for detaining Americans, corruption, and human rights abuses.

Tomorrow, March 9, 2018, marks 11 years - 4,015 days -since American citizen Robert Levinson was picked up by Iranian authorities while visiting Kish Island, Iran. He is still not home. He is the longest held hostage in American history.

Bob is still not home despite years of promises by the government of Iran and by three U.S. Administrations. What must we to get these two governments to show any mercy and send Bob home?

For 11 years we have pleaded with too many Iranian and U.S. officials to count; we have asked countries around the world that have relations with Iran to help us; we have asked religious leaders of the world's leading faiths to help us; we have asked companies authorized to do business with Iran to help us. We have traveled to Iran. We have asked influential private citizens, foreign policy experts and the UN for advice. We have written letter after letter after letter. Eleven years later, no one has been able to help us. How is this possible?

We will never stop doing whatever it takes to get Bob home. The governments of Iran and the U.S. need to do the same. They need to send Bob Levinson home immediately.

Christine Levinson’s husband, Robert, went missing in Iran more than a decade ago. Tonight, she is attending the speech of a president who she hopes will accomplish what his two predecessors could not — bring her Bob home.

Our mother has fought for more than 10 years to get our father, America's longest held hostage, home. She will be attending the State of the Union as a guest of Congressman Ted Deutch, reminding the world - and especially Iran - that our father needs to come home. Now. We love you, Dad. #WhatAboutBob

Christine Levinson will be the guest of Rep. Ted Deutch (D-Fla.), who recently introduced legislation to punish Iran for hostage-taking.

Our father is the lead in on this piece. America wants to know #WhatAboutBob ?

It's been nearly 11 years since retired FBI agent Robert Levinson disappeared while investigating a cigarette smuggling ring on Kish Island off the coast of Iran in the Persian Gulf.

Our brother David Levinson wrote this compelling opinion piece for the Orlando Sentinel today. Please take a few minutes to read it and share it.

The Orlando family of Robert Levinson, the longest-held civilian hostage in Iran, says President Trump must get tough on Iran to force the release of Levinson.

Our brother, Dan Levinson, was the featured guest on The Story with Martha MacCallum this evening. Check out his interview.

Dan Levinson speaks exclusively with 'The Story' about his father, former FBI agent Robert Levinson, who went missing in Iran in 2007.

We have been somewhat quiet for a while, but we couldn't stay silent once we read Foreign Minister Zarif's opinion piece in The New York Times on Sunday.

The wife of an imprisoned graduate student and the daughter of a missing father plead their cases to the Iranian government.

Bob Levinson, an American patriot, husband of 43 years, father of 7, grandfather of 6, friend to so many, has now been held against his will, without any basic human rights for 3,884 days.

Where is the outrage?

“I have a picture on my desk of Bob Levinson, which reminds me everyday that he’s our longest held hostage in Iran...This administration has no higher priority ...than bringing home all of those Americans, including Mr. Levinson. You have my word on that.”

-Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan

Strong words - but as I said in my testimony in July, we need more than words. We need to do something.

Thanks to the Deputy Secretary and of course, the best Representative in the country, Congressman Ted Deutch.
