Hideaway is a seasonal bayside restaurant looking for high energy, team oriented, knowledgeable kitchen staff. Currently accepting resumes for to fill multiple stations, from grille, to sauté to raw bar. Service is fast-paced with high capacity seating at sunset. Applicants should be team oriented and willing to cross train at multiple stations to fulfill the needs of the restaurant. We work with high quality ingredients creating plates with care and love. Family owned and operated. Working from previous season’s menu, but open to chef recommendations especially for specials. Must have a professional demeanor and ability to work with others of the team. Passion for food, quality ingredients and beautiful plating a must. Compensation is based on seasonal availability, experience, eye for quality control and knowledge of food cost.
