Through some massive highs where the beauty brought tears to my eyes and made me skip through the scenery, and quite difficult lows that made me feel mentally and physically exhausted. This walk brought me back to my center. I walked the last little section with limited food and limited water sources through an insanely dry environment that reminded me of Brazil, an incredibly big smile on my face and an overwhelming feeling of love in my heart and mind.

I think sometimes in life we close off our hearts and minds and it limits our experiences... and when we do push ourselves, physically, emotionally and mentally, we enhance every experience and encounter. I hope to continue to do this :)
