Disappointed, I expect more from a "luxury" hotel at this price point. We were there to attend a formal event which was very well done so they get props for that. I stay at Hilton brand properties (...mostly Hampton Inn) and have a pretty solid number of Hilton points. This property let me down several times. I got my electronic key notice my room was ready but the key couldn't be delivered. Turns out room wasn't ready so I either had to wait or take a room that wasn't what I chose. Room was nice but lacked accessible outlets for multiple electronic devices and there was so much crap on the tiny desk there was limited work space. Had issues connecting to wifi that took a call to their support group to fix. Room never got cleaned as the first full day it wasn't done by 2:00 and we had to put the DND sign out. When we checked out today they were slow to send a bellman who did finally get us to the Valet area and then said "have to go get someone else, someone Wil take care of you from here". I loaded the car and left before I saw anyone to take care of us. If this is what you expect from a luxury hotel stay here, if not, I prefer #OmniDallas. Typically a similar price and much nicer in terms of newness, quality and absolutely the service. See More

I’m a Diamond member staying at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. I’ve been here since Sunday for a conference. There’s a raging party on my floor and the manager and security choose to do nothing about i...t. As other guests and I stand in the hallway, trying to get sleep, after multiple calls, a belligerent party guest comes down the hallway to tell me that he has the party every year and to get over it. The night manager Christian. tells me that they will allow the party and it’ll probably go until 1am. He also tells me that they don’t have a sound/noise policy and that they are above police officers foin abiding noise rules. Thanks for NOT looking after your guests security or comfort Hilton!!! my 2nd stay here in five years and still good but you must shop around for a good deal which I got through British Airways holiday not the Hotel.
I stayed in room 1125 which was handy for Breakfast an...d the small pool and hot tub it is also near main reception and the help desk,I had a Disabled roob with walk in shower which was good with hand rails.
Now the bad side first you are three miles from Downtown Dallas and you cant walk there ,They don't have a courtesy Bus to either DFW or Love field and Down town or up town so its a cab fare which cost me $10 to $15 depending on the day and time,I was there at the crown Plaza coming back I got the crown plaza bus and tipped the driver a good tip
The Hotel now charges a resort tax which is a little cute I think Dallas a Resort Come on?i expect to pay that for a prime spot in Waikiki or Las Vagas but not Dallas,Also they charge you for the View mine was facing Dallas Three miles away I had a wonderful view of The reunion tower.
Lets get back to the hotel good points the Resturents are good on the tower block but expensive so I ate at the grill and Bar which was OK it had a good selection of beers and sprits and friendly staff,There is a Health Centre which has a long indoor pool and steam room and sauna but the lockers need fixing.
In general the question is would I stay here again? Not with a resort tax of $25 per day and cab fares to town No but that's not to say its a bad hotel because I enjoyed my weeks stay here always felt safe and the staff were always good to me and polite
One last remark is that the Dart Railway system At Hospital and market are a mile walk away but no paths and the traffic on Stemmons And Harry Hines Blvd are not meant for walkers also the trains do not have security or police ride on them so the only way to go to town is a Cab and they will rip you off the going rate is $5

Front desk and parking attendants were friendly enough during check in at 3. Need anything after 10pm forget about it. I called for a taxi around 11 and was told to hang up the phone and call one my...self. Being we were visiting Dallas for a night on the town we got in very late. Again told by staff they would not allow Uber eats to deliver food to our room. We asked to speak to a manager. He was personally offended by our obvious frustration and proceeded to come to our room (3 women ) with three security guards when we were already in bed, and threaten us. He lied to our face while security stood behind him shaking their heads in embarrassment. It’s a shame that two or three horrible staff can dampen the entire stay. For $200plus a night you can call me a freaking cab and let me order take out. See More

I’ve always been impressed with the Anatole. It’s one of the most beautiful large hotels in Dallas and would usually give you a 4-5 star rating. However, two incidents occurred during my visit two day...s in a row for two separate events: 1. At the DBDT luncheon, I requested a vegetable plate and the wait staff brought it along with another guest 1
Minute before the event ended. I asked them to wrap it so I could take with me and it took another 5-6 minutes. When the food came back, it was in a to go container with utensils and a dessert as an apology, but no bag. 2. The following day I had another event at the hotel and asked the wait staff immediately for a vegetable plate since it took a long time the previous day. The wait staff said it will have to come from another part of the hotel and might not arrive until it was time to serve everyone else’s food and I said fine. When others were served the wait staff returned and said they did t have any vegetable plates and offered me fish instead. A “Head” wait staff came a few minutes later with the vegetable dish and looked down at my plate and said he thought I ordered a vegetable and I told him the other wait staff person indicated you didn’t have any and offered me fish. I would think with large events that the Anatole would have a certain % of vegetable plates available anytime. Our table was also never served any coffee. Do better.

We loved this place! Excellent customer service from the hotel staff! The ONLY thing I did not like about it, was the staff at Gossip Bar. The pictures on the website made it look like something more ...than it was but we were going to try it anyways. RUDE was the only polite way to describe the waitress we had. Absolutely terrible. So we downed our drink as fast as we could and went back upstairs to SER to watch live music and that definitely was the place to be! But, overall, we will definitely be back to visit when we go to Dallas! We just know where to go for drinks now! See More

So many things to do! What a special hotel stay. Elegant. Incredible. Unique to have the art to appreciate. Getting out on the park is refreshing. Best views of Dallas in SER Steakhouse in the 27th ...floor. And the freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookies are my favorite. This is a must experience when in Dallas. See More

My review is not about my stay at Hilton but a review on working for the company. I attended the 2 day orientation at Hilton Anatole Dallas given by Reka and had an emergency come up where I had to le...ave and when I told Reka with one hour left of orientation Reka then stormed out of the class complaining about all the people that had left prior to my emergency already. I was about to follow Reka out of the class but she was on the phone and I had a real Emergency situation so I went down to tell my next up line the Assistant Director of security what happened and that I had to leave and for the first time someone asked me "what's going on?" then I was "allowed" to leave... as I'm dealing with my emergent situation I then get a call stating I had been fired for leaving an hour early. I am totally dumbfounded that I've been treated like this by HUMAN RESOURCES!! These are the people that are supposed to understand and protect us not fabricate stories about us and bully us! All because I had a situation come up outside of my control and was trying to follow protocol! See More

Inside is beautiful!! Outside you cant see!! They need more lights in the parking lots. We couldn't find our parking lot for our event and, it would help if they informed their guests you can't pay fo...r parking with cash. Bell hop guys were friendly! Guy behind the front desk assumed we weren't guests or were too poor to afford a room. Felt a little like he was looking down on us. See More

Experience was good until my colleague was trying to find a private area for lactation. After reaching out to the front desk staff and the team consulting the manager (Nicole) we were informed that i...t would be ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for her to use a private area for 15 minutes. She was looking for a storage closet, not a suite. Making her walk around and beg people for a space is pathetic. As an avid Hilton customer and as an attendee at a women’s conference, this is a JOKE! Shame on you. See More

The Hilton Anatole delivered!!!! We celebrated my sister’s bday there and she was beyond impressed. We ran into a few glitches with our room, but Hilton went above and beyond to make things right. Exc...ellent customer service. Would definitely recommend the standard 1 bedroom suite with a connecting room. Special thanks to management (Lorenzo) for making my sister feel special 😊 See More

The hotel over all is good. Clean rooms etc. BUT, this place HAS to be the coolest hotel I have ever been in. It is 52 degrees outside and about that inside. If I had to make one suggestion it would b...e. Bring a jacket. Not a sweater. You need a full on jacket just to walk around in the lobby. See More

This is a lovely hotel. The fitness center is well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes with Tiffany. I look forward to returning. One star is missing? The bellman picked up a large amoun...t of items and told me to go ahead and bring my car around. It took over an hour to find out he placed it in a storage closet. See More
